Absolutely Works!This tea really works, I went from 177 lbs to 168 lbs in 6 days. It's pretty fast weight loss, however, I do pace myself. I strongly recommend to take when you have no place to be for a little while, to prevent accidents. I also recommend adding a healthy meal plan and exercise regiment to it, as it will help maintain your results. Although results may vary, however, proper use will yield results.5IT WORKED FOR ME BUT HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE (NOT AN EXPERT )Ok so I don't really tend to weigh myself so I can't give you a good measurement of how much weight I lost but, this tea really did help with getting rid of the bloaty feeling and a little fluff. It's a detox tea like Flat Tummy tea ya know so, it's just going to make you go go go. Its effects aren't immediate so just make sure you take it when you don't have anything planned because the time it takes for the tea to kick in may differ (I'm not an expert ). Anyway, I made this mistake occasionally drinking it at 6 P.M and waking up at 3 A.M to shit everything I had eaten all day. I weigh around 120 pounds at 5'2 and when the tea hit it left me jittery and scared to death. I had felt like my organs left my body. But I did notice that with clean eating the tea didn't cause me any discomfort or extreme diarrhea which was a stark contrast to when I ate junk. So overall it's a detox tea that worked for me.4Use at your own riskDoes it work? Yes! Is it gentle? Heck no! I don t have any children but I think started having contractions when this tea kicked in. My goodness. Grab a pillow, towel, & your cell phone to take to the bathroom. I broke into a cold sweat and got so dizzy, I couldn t wait for it to be over. This tea cleaned me out from head to toe. I just wish it was more gentle. I thought my life was over on that toilet. I used this product for 3 days and had mild cramping but a lot of relief. I took it at 7:00pm at night and would wake up around 4:30 - 5:30 am to go to the bathroom. I recommend this timeframe so you don't feel stuck in the house all day.5Best/Strongest Thing To Empty Your StomachOk so this tea is everything if you re trying to mke sure your stomach is empty. It really works. My weight is down and my stomach is empty whenever i drink. i can eat however I please which makes me happy. I ve lose 7 lbs already! I prefer two more boxes. The only thing is sometimes it s fast acting and sometimes it s not. When researching the product is states do not buy if gold sticker inst on product. And then they have nerve to say that product is none returnable!!1Narcotic ConstipationI had surgery and was on narcotics for pain which made me severely constipated. A friend a work suggested this tea. I hadn't pooped for 4 days and was feeling miserable however I had heard horror stories about the cramps and diarrhea. So I placed 1 bag of tea in 4oz of hot water for 30 sec. I drank it at 5pm and around 9pm low and behold I went and had NO CRAMPS or PAIN. I am very pleased.5Second time buying!Couple of things you need to know1. NEVER drink more than one bag in a day. You will seriously upset your GI tract & butt. I did2. There s no miracle tea or pill on the face off earth that will make you lose weight, eating less calories (or burning enough calories by exercise to make up for your food intake) is the only way your body will actually lose weight3. Don t drink it if you re going to be in public or without easy access to restrooms4. Stay hydrated with water while using it, detoxing can make you dehydrated leading to constipation & other annoying problemsIt is a great tea for detox, constipation, or just the post holiday bloaty bleh feelingI usually drink it at most 1-2 days a week & save it for the weekends (which are my cheat days). I brew it in about 6oz of water bc I can t stand the taste so the less I have to drink the better IMO5
