Work well for their purpose.The only negative at all about these is that they're hard. Part of the point of needing these is to create a cushion, making one's eyeglasses more comfortable. But these are simply as hard as my glasses. Plus is that they really adhere wonderfully, they stay put. And they're virtually invisible, as opposed to flesh-colored spongy things that are orange, and dissolve after 3 days. I do like these, will likely purchase them again. 4No more slipping glasses, but they don't stick for long!They work! Finally, my glasses stopped sliding down my schnozz! However, even after cleaning my glasses with warm, soapy water and drying them thoroughly, the little butterflies don't stay on very long. I hesitate to glue them on as some people have recommended. At this rate, I need to replace them every two days.... 2Does good job but adhesive may not lastI am Chinese, and the plastic frames that I got here in Florida did not have enough of a bridge support for my nose. These silicone pads do their job well - they extend the bridge supports and cushion them, making the frames much snugger and more comfortable. Package contains 2 pairs. However, I was not careful with applying the first pair and had to reposition the pads, resulting in the adhesive losing its grip quite quickly. The adhesive actually bonds to the frame more than to the pads. My advice is be very careful and trim the pads to size if need be before peeling off the backing and sticking them on. Cleaning the frames with rubbing alcohol is also highly recommended! 3Work perfectly and a great value.These stick on nose-pads are fantastic. I have purchased many different types and brands of silicone nose pads, and these are, by far, the most long-lasting, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.I mainly use these for 1. so my glasses will sit a little bit higher (this is the perfect thickness, in my opinion) and 2. so my glasses won't slip. These pads also make glasses more comfortable.Lastly, this company ships these the same day you order them, which is great. They arrive much sooner than the estimate.Highly recommend. 5Does the job GREAT, and though it needs replacing every month or so, it's priced reasonably so that you can keep buying moreUpdate: I feel the quality of these nose pads has decreased. I have to change these every week now, and that's a stretch. They start to come off my glasses after just a couple hours. They don't last long anymore even when I clean the area before sticking them on, and I don't touch the area with my fingers to prevent oil from spreading.Not happy with these anymore. Not worth the money if you have to change every week.---------------------------------------I am Asian, so I have a smaller nose bridge than others. My plastic framed glasses sit on my nose such that my eyelashes touch the lenses and get them dirty. They also sit lower on my face so that the top of the frame is ALWAYS in my view. Hated it.These pads worked really well. It's a temporary solution because the pads don't stay on forever, but it's fairly cheap for a set of two so for me it's worth it. My first pair of pads lasted me a 3 weeks during which I washed my lenses gently with water and soap twice, and walked around in rain a few times. They stayed on. My glasses are now pushed up and outwards enough so that my lashes don't touch the lenses anymore and I don't see the top of my frames when looking straight. They also prevent the glasses from sliding down your nose because the rubber is nice and grippy. I haven't worn them when I've gotten particularly sweaty, so I'm not sure if the sweat from face would make the rubber slippery. I usually wear contacts when I know I'm going to sweat, so it's not a problem for me.The pads are more translucent than clear or white. You can definitely tell it's on your glasses when you take your glasses off and look at them, but when they're on your face it's very hard to tell. I wore mine with my pads around the first couple days, and my boyfriend didn't even notice :). But then again, it might be the kinds of frame I have. I wish I could upload a picture here but they only let us upload videos.I would recommend everyone to try this - it's super cheap, so it's worth a shot. I'm going to go ahead and buy myself a few more pairs of these so I have a nice stash. It's easy to change, just peel the pads off, rub your frames a little with your finger or with a damp cloth to get the leftover glue off, and then stick your other pads on. Oh, one more thing, MAKE SURE YOUR GLASSES ARE CLEAN WHEN YOU PUT THE PADS ON. The pads won't stick if there is any face oil or face lotion remnants on the frame. I'd recommend washing the frames with warm water and dish detergent before applying the pads. It'll help get rid of all the grease and stuff that the glue won't stick to. 2Another great solution for this is getting a keepons anti-slip ear ...I am Korean with a Warby Parker glasses. I really wanted a Ripley but naturally with no nose pads it was sitting too close to my face and constantly slipped with no support. I tried 2.5mm thickness non-slip pads and they worked except they were wayyy too noticeable as they are huge. 1.8mm fits perfectly and hardly noticeable. You may have to cut around the edges a little bit so it fits well. Another great solution for this is getting a keepons anti-slip ear hook that are clear and short. 5but it was easy to doThese really work! I had such a problem with my glasses sliding down my nose and driving me crazy. I didn't think something so small could actually do the trick, but it did! In my case, I had to trim them in order for them to fit, but it was easy to do. Eventually, your skin oil degrades them so they do need to be replaced, but they were easy enough to remove. 5They keep my glasses in place and it's really nice not to keep pushing them upI purchased these nose pads for my glasses after trying a few other brands. The others didn't work. At all. When I tried these, I was pleasantly surprised.First, I made sure my glasses were clean -- not just kind of clean, really clean. You cannot have any dirt or oil on the surface you stick these onto, because they'll just fall off. They'll last on your glasses for about two weeks. There's nothing wrong with that. They don't have permanent adhesive on them, and I'm sure you'll want to clean your glasses perhaps a time or two. Washing interferes with the adhesive so eventually they'll fall off. If you want a "stick on one time and done" solution these are not for you, unless you use Krazy Glue (not recommended).Second, my glasses no longer fall down. They keep my glasses in place and it's really nice not to keep pushing them up.So, yes, they last about two weeks. I'm pretty happy with that because for those two weeks, they work great. I'll be ordering them again. 4Rather go with the 2.5mm. Looks better with the small flap trimmed off.I've used one of these many years ago so I kinda know what to expect. After all it's silicon, with adhesive, so expect it to look a little icky/dusty after a while and get a bigger pack so that you have backups.I got the black for my black sunglasses and clear ones for my regular brown plastic frame glasses. I should mention that a lot of dark frames still do have light nose pads built into them so do check your frames before assuming brown or black frames need darker pads.I got both the 2.5mm and the 1.8mm. And to be honest there's not much of a difference in terms of thickness. So I'd rather stick to the 2.5. It provides some support for my big plastic frame that keeps touching my cheeks all the time. I notice a small gap between the frame and my cheeks after sticking on the 2.5mm. Not a huge lift but good enough (esp now it's non-slip). Would be great if I can find even thicker ones though.The thicker wing of the pad fit ok on the side against the nose. The smaller flap to be folded over to the inner side of the frame's pad fit well but unfortunately for my frame's case it extended over to the dark brown portion of my frame so it looked conspicuous and awkward. So, I used a small scissors and started trimming it down but eventually decided to cut the whole inner flap off, and luckily, the support/lift hasn't been compromised. It looks much better without the inner flap, which really is more visible than the bigger flap against the nose as others can notice it not only from the front but also from the side so it has to blend well. It's probably not a major issue for some frames though.Overall, if I compare these with my other glasses with screwed on nose flaps, I can honestly say these don't look any different/weirder. 4Fit greatAfter reading other reviews, I worried about the adhesive getting on my actual lenses. I ended up cutting off the part that would be near the lenses and kept only the part touching my nose. They still work just fine.To apply, I clean the frame with a bit of rubbing alcohol with a q-tip. I also use hand sanitizer to make sure my hands don't have any oil. I think doing this has made the adhesive last longer as well. I can't really gauge how long the adhesive lasts because I only wear the glasses a few hours a day, but eventually I do have to remove and replace them. 4
