I was a skeptic but I'm so glad I gave this a tryI am a 35 year-old mother of two and I have had back problems since my last pregnancy (3 years ago). I thought I'd be in pain every day for the rest of my life, but this stuff has made a miraculous improvement! I know, I know. You hear the word miraculous and you think, "THIS LADY IS CRAZY." Y'all. Try this! I was skeptical, but I'm so glad I gave this a try.I've only used it for 5 days - so no long term results or reports - but from the firs time I used this, my back pain was almost non-existent! I still have some aches but nothing like before.A few things to note: yes, it does "tingle". For me it was more of an itchy feeling when I apply it, however, the itchiness seemed to not bother me by the fourth application. It makes me SLEEPY. I put it on my back one morning before work and it was a bad decision simply because it made me so sleepy I could hardly work. I now know to only use it at night. I spray it liberally on my lower back and rub it in - I don't wipe it off after 20 minutes.Try this! I am a believer.UPDATE 3/14/18: It's been 2 1/2 months of using this product every day and I absolutely still love it! I have found it is useful for almost any ache or pain I have - shoulder pain, bunion pain (yes, I said bunion), knee pain, etc. I was working out and hurt my knee...used this magnesium oil for two nights and voila! no more knee pain. My friend texted me that she threw her back out so I immediately took her some magnesium oil. She said by the next morning, her pain was almost non-existent!5Helpful for HeadachesI have not had the product all that long, but so far it seems to have positive benefits. I have frequent headaches and twice, when I've had a headache, I rub some oil behind my neck and on my forehead and in about 20 minutes the pain subsides. Anything that can help with headaches (when even advil or tylenol won't touch it) is some I will keep around. I bought a larger size and the smaller size for when I travel. I wish I had known about Magnesium oil years ago. I do not find the oil sticky and it did not sting, as some have reported. I rub the oil in and there is nothing to wipe off.5Fibromyalgia, tendonitis, and insomnia relief!OMG..., I would have NEVER thought that I would find ANYTHING that would ease this nasty pain from fibromyalgia and tendonitis. My doctor told me that most people are deficient in magnesium and that it might help my sleep. I tried capsules, but they hurt my stomach because I have GERD (acid reflux). I came across this product and thought I would try it. The effects were immediate. I didn't realize how many health problems I had until they started going away one by one. The first thing I noticed was that I felt very calm, peaceful, and I would even say happy. This didn't go away. The nervous feeling I always had, which I just thought was my personality, disappeared. My GERD has pretty much been cured as magnesium regulates your Ph. I am drinking coffee (2 mugs sometimes) in the morning and have a couple glasses of wine on Friday and Saturday night. I couldn't do any of this before, and I've tried everything to get rid of it, including all kinds of natural and homeopathic methods. I also had Reynaud's Disease, which is a circulation problem in the fingers. That has improved by probably about 80%. My brain functioning is also restored. I couldn't remember anything, always felt foggy in the head, couldn't follow the plot in a movie. It was terrible. Now I'm the one that everyone has to ask what is going on in a movie or show. My concentration and mental alertness is sharp! My sleep is markedly improved although I'm still hoping it gets better.I tried the lotion because the oil is a little inconvenient. (You have to rub it off after 20 minutes.) The lotion didn't work for me. My symptoms started coming back. I use the MSM, and I'm not going to change to just the regular oil because this one is working for me. If it bothers your skin, keep trying. It tingled when I first used it, but now I don't even notice it and even leave it on for hours before I wash it off. Amazing stuff! Thank you whoever discovered this product. It has changed my life. You probably think that one product can't help all these health problems, but this one has for me. With my digestion problems for 20 years, I think I was really deficient, so it was exactly what I needed. I hope it helps you!5Works Great.Tried this Magnesium Oil for insomnia problems. Sprayed my torso 4-5 pumps and felt the described bite . The spray dried quickly and the bite went away. Slept great that night. Am continuing the spray at night after showering and have slept great ever since. Very happy with product.5depression lifted!Worked great to relieve depression and night time leg and foot cramps. Have ordered the larger size now and never want to run out! I have been telling everyone how great this works for me. Have stomach problems, so much better way to absorb the magnesium I need!5Received fake goods in an official bottleI have used Ancient minerals magnesium oil many times. It is the strongest brand on the market by far. My first 2 bottles came from the Company website's purchase platform which is linked from their web page. My third bottle came from here. The difference was night and day. This bottle was ineffective or weak. I had a little left of my old bottle and was able to compare. It was all too obvious. I returned it. I went back to the Company website link and bought another bottle from there. Sure enough, it was great again.1Won t live without.I m obsessed! I use this every day. Do some research on Magnesium deficiencies and you ll see why everyone needs this! Even started adding essential oils and using as deodorant. It s the best deodorant I ve ever used and it s good for me too!!5But this spray made my daughter and I itch so bad we almost stopped using itI purchased this product because the magnesium pills were too hard to digest.
