Terrible designSorry I bought this. Too cheap to return it. So I throw it away. No use to me. The cells run with 4 sundays in the first container, then 4 Mondays in the second container and so on. This is not the way anyone uses pills.1Good sized compartments! Pretty great.It s big but if you take a lot of larger supplements like fish oil, multivitamins, glucosamine-chondroitin etc this is a useful device. Like others have said I wish it were arranged by-the-week (horizontally), because I travel. It'd be nice to be able to just pluck.out one week of 4 and go, with each day labeled. Because they're aligned vertically, with each day of the week in a different color, with 4 compartments, each of the compartments is labeled, for example, "MON WEEK (1-2-3-4)"And if it was arranged by-the-week, not by the weekday, you could pull out one week at a time and store the others. Safer overall that way as well for those who take opioids and worry about theft potential. (Yes we should all have sent several security safes, I know, whatever meds we take).My husband worried that he couldn't fit 14 pills--mostly large supplements--but it does as the above pic shows, with room to spare. I'd say you could fit 25-30 meds, or 13-15 larger pills like fish oil supplements, or maybe 16-24 if a mix of very large and other size pills though obviously it depends on each person's individual needs.But try it and see. If you can't use it, buy two. Or gift it to someone who can. If you get two, designate one for, say, morning meds, the other for evening meds.Or, use one for meds and the other for vitamins and supplements.You could easily print out a sheet labeling what's inside too, trim it to fit and place it beneath the pill containers, with the printed side outward. It s be easily seen through the clear plastic outer container.Except for the horizontal|vertical issue, it s just about perfect.5Officially In Love!First, for those giving this a low rating because of its design and printing, please understand you can use creativity and imagination to make it work for you.It has all the days of the week vertically joined? Well, do you plan to take it with you for a multi-day or day trip, or just leave this in the case all the time? If you plan to leave it in the case all the time, then there really is no problem here.I'm using my creativity to use these as 3-times-a-day and 4-times-a-day pill organizers. I just ignore the "week" designations and know it's "morning, noon, afternoon, and evening" on one and "breakfast, lunch, and dinner" on the other. They are in completely different locations in the house so I won't be confused.I am officially in love with this pill case! The individual compartments are the sturdiest and largest I've ever seen anywhere. It's insane how well-made they are, given how everything these days seems to be going downhill. The side-approach tab openings on the vertical day packs are recessed into the side to avoid the case from being popped open because it rubbed up against something. They do have a sturdier clasp that I could see someone with significant arthritis or very weak hands having trouble with. This also includes the clasps on the outer carrying case too.I take a LOT of pills, and this one holds them all, with a bit more room for the occasional extra meds I need to take (yay!). I am currently using one unit for my 4 times a day medications, and another unit for the vitamins I take with meals (see photos).When we go on vacation I plan to use the bottom daily containers on the mealtime vitamin case to hold my digestive aids for the day. I will be using multiple units, one for each week we are on vacation, so everything is already doled out and ready to use, or grab for the whole day and go.5This pill organizer is a sanity saver!I have had Multiple Sclerosis for 20+ years now. My prescription medication list has grown exponentially during that time. I have to be very organized so I can take my medication on time.I needed a new way to be able to set up my pills for the week, keep them together, and keep my curious two year old nephew away from them. This box was the perfect answer for me.I take medication four times a day, so I needed a pill organizer that would keep them all together, in the boxes for the correct times of day.If I happen to be taking a day trip or am going out but not sure how late I ll be back, I ll take the box for the entire day. It slips right in my handbag or backpack. The tops are a little difficult to open so my nephew hasn t figured out how to open it (yet!).The individual containers for each time of day can be a little tricky because you have to push on the front of the little container for it to pop open. I haven t had too much trouble but some days are a little harder. On those days, I push under the little latch with one thumb and use a finger to help lift the lid over the tab that holds it shut.This box also closes tightly enough that moisture doesn t get in it. My old pill boxes popped open very easily and some of my vitamins would change color from the humidity.Overall I m very happy with this and even bought a two compartment one for my sister to organize her medication as well.5The best customer service I've encountered!UPDATE 9/28/19 - The company was kind enough to offer and send me a case that also held 4x/day, but was much smaller.That one got stolen from my mailbox, and they sent me another at no charge. It is perfect for my needs.It also has a better sealed and moisture protective closure. Unless you take multiple huge supplements, I would recommended the one I received.Here are some photos of the size difference between the 2. They are pics 3 and 4. Trust me, with my medical issue, I take over 30 pills a day.With the new case, I still have plenty of room to even double what I take daily. It's actually quite perfect.Thank you so much for your generosity. I bumped it from 3 to 5 stars, because Auvon was EXTREMELY helpful in accommodating my issue.Original posting - It is literally HUGE. I could probably fit like 30 pills in each compartment. It's not a bad thing, but I like to take my pills with me, and this will take up a huge amount of real estate in my purse. The pictures show what I went from, to this.... I take 30ish pills a day, and there is SOOOOOO much extra room. They weren't kidding when they said monster. On the upside, the case itself is very sturdy and closes securely, so there is no danger of it opening in my purse.5like the sizelike the size but don't like the individual parts coming out as one day each.. would be nice to have it come out as sunday though Saturday. to beable to take out one week at a time...instead of just one day.3XL Pill OrganizerFinally, a pill organizer large enough to hold multiple medications and large dietary supplements. Even though this organizer is labeled for a whole month, it can also be used as a weekly organizer for meds taken 4x/day. The outer pill box case is a nice touch, just wish the clasps were a bit sturdier to prevent accidental opening when traveling.5Great for Lyme Patients and Others with TONs is Meds!My family and I have so many medical issues that we have grown out of even the largest pill boxes. We use one of these pull boxes for the week, not for the month.They are spacious, holding all of our oil gel caps plus all of our other prescriptions and doc-prescribed supplements, with room to spare.The 4 compartments work great for taking meds 4 times per day. (I had to move to jewelry box Crafting when my meds went up to 6 times per day.)It is slim enough to put in a decent size purse and still have room for everything else we carry in our purses.The plastic box means nothing every opens up unexpectedly during travel or transportation.The removable daily (advertised as weekly) packs make them easy to slip in a small purse for times when you need to me more discreet or carry a tiny purse.In the picture, you can see how many pills I have in just one compartment, and there s still room to spare. I also don t have to nearly align them to make them fit.Overall, I d recommend this product to anyone who takes a lot of pills daily. You could also use it as intended for people who take lots of pills, but only once per day.5WOW - this pill organizer is the best one I have ever usedI pre-pour all my medication and pills one month ahead. In the past I have purchased a pill organizer from our local pharmacy. I take several herbal supplements every day; they are large capsules and I have had to move some to the evening as they would not all fit into my previous morning pill organizer. This organizer is about 1/3 bigger than any previous organizer - and everything I take fits easily! Each day of the week is in it's own compartment so I can take it out and not have to turn the whole case upside down to get pills out. Also it comes in a sturdy clear plastic case. This is the best organizer I have ever purchased. The downside and upside is that it is larger than other cases. I will update this review in 6 months if it doesn't hold up well, but so far it seems very well made.UPDATE - After traveling with this pill organizer for 4 months - it really is the very best one I have ever used. The compartment lids stay closed and the outer case keeps it all intact. If it does break - I would buy another one ASAP.5big enough!I am recovering from leukemia and chemo, and my naturalist doctor has me taking 17 detox capsules in the morning and 12 at midday and night. Some of the capsules are large, and no 3-a-day pill organizers were large enough to hold 12 capsules. This organizer is intended for a month, but I use it for my daily capsules so it lasts me a week. I need 2 compartments for the am, the noon and night capsules fit in one compartment. So this works great if you have too many pills for the 3-a-day or 4-a day organizers.5
