Set your intention and try it. It worked for me.On a whim I bought this at the suggestion of my sister. I've been looking for a job for over 6 months. This arrived a little over a 2 weeks ago and I started using it. I wrote my intention on my water bottle and added my 2 drops, drinking it through the day. I was lacking direction and looking for clarity. Last Thursday I finally got a job offer and accepted without hesitation. I didn't even think about the essence but my sister said "tell me about that golden oat?"Was it that? I don't know but I feel solid in my decision and that never happens anymore. 5Excellent!Excellent product. Really works for ptsd. Makes me sleepy so I use in the evening or on a day I am staying home as I would not drive while using. Of course everyone will have their own response. 5Even I was amazed. The changes happen so subtly that it almost ...I was so curious about these flower essences and their purported effects. Wild Oat fit the bill for my state at the time. I had nothing to lose and started on a few drops a day (as directed)....slowly but surely a few weeks later I realized I had changed. From being all over the place about what career path to focus on, what decisions I should hone in on, I was feeling focused, energized and positive and so productive! Even I was amazed. The changes happen so subtly that it almost goes unnoticed. It's only when you stop and think back you come to realize the positive effects. I would recommend you try this. Better still...research more and you'll find you can use flower essences to bring about a whole lot of changes in your self and life. You just need an open mind. 5Helps scared dog. Use topically-dogs shouldn t have alcohol!One of our rescue dogs is terrified of thunder and lightening and fireworks. He paces and cries and his legs tremble. I use this product TOPICALLY for him-put 2 or 3 drops on his fur in between his eyes and rub gently up and down his snout so he can smell it. PRODUCT CONTAINS ALCOHOL AND IS NOT SAFE FOR DOGS TO INGEST! Use in combination with Bach rescue remedy for dogs (one for dogs is alcohol free-there is also one for people that contains alcohol so make sure you get the one for dogs if that s what your going to use it for). Together these 2 products help my dog calm down. He still refuses to go outside but he settles and goes to his safe spot in the hallway and stops crying, pacing and shaking. Could also put a few drops of this product on your dogs bed or one of his toys to help calm him down but our dog doesn t care about toys and won t go in his bed when he s scared.Only gave 4 stars because of the price. The bottle is very small. 4I didn't think flower essence would work for me. ...I didn't think flower essence would work for me. I'm a dreamer so I chose clematis to help ground me and be in the moment. I initially put a few drops of this in my water to see how long it would take effect. I didn't notice anything in the first 40 min. Being my first time I'm sure it takes a few more times and consistent dosages to be effective. I did do research on Bach essence and read you can do emergency dosages under your tongue. So I took about 4 drop's to get this to work and in my system. Well, 10 min. Later, with out expecting it to work I felt no need to wonder off in my thoughts. It did exactly what it said. I felt grounded in the here and now. My worries melted away. I was able to relax and sensed peace and saftey. This will spawn my interest in other forms of flower essence as you can combine different ingredients to target other specific emotional feelings and struggles. It's such a relief to heal your self naturally and not by use of toxic medications. I'm a huge fan of self healing and this flower essence was an aid. The bottle was larger then I anticipated to give me more uses and get my monies worth. It was also shipped well protected. I will be ordering more. 5Helpful AdditionI am using this in addition to the Bach Larch remedy for my confidence issues (since Larch is for self-esteem/confidence and Cerato is for indecisiveness) and it is quite a helpful combination. Can tell a change in how I choose to do things. 4It worked!Our 14-year old cat lost her mother recently and has not stopped crying since then. She has never lived without another cat. She practically glues herself to my lap, and howls at me to sit down or head to a spot she likes. Her shrill voice is driving us both crazy. We tried rubbing this remedy between her ears twice a day and have seen significant improvement daily after 4-5 days, quicker than expected. Will continue treatment for a few more days until we are certain her emotional landscape has smoothed out. I selected this remedy for "emotional overdependence". God gave us the plants of earth to heal our bodies, this company recognizes such and has captured the essence of the plants to help us cope with life. The product has a high standard. The bottle you order from here has ...It is just what I expected. From my readings I learned that you can get an empty 30ml bottle and put 2 drops of this original essence and fill the rest up with spring water or mineral water. It makes the original bottle last longer. The new bottle you make up lasts 3 weeks in the fridge and is as effective as using it straight from the original bottle. It tastes better too. The bottle you order from here has brandy to keep it fresh so it's a rough taste. I have several of these from a local shop and I made a blend of flower essences that suit what I need. The best small book to help you pick the right flower essences and know how to use them and make easy blends is Principles of Bach Flower Remedies: What it is, How it Works, and What it Can Do For You by Stefan Ball. It's just a small book but it really helped me understand how to use the flower essences. They are kind of pricey so it's great that there's a simple way to use them and still get the same benefits. I've used flower essences before and they are really helpful for any emotion you may be experiencing. The book describes the ideas behind them and what remedy helps for what issue. If you're overwhelmed you can always just get Bach's Rescue Remedy. It is a mixture of flower essences for emergencies that tend to help with stress and shock/fright/trauma. There are a lot of great books out there about Bach's Flower Essences but I was happy with the little book I found for now. Easy to read and understand and helped me pick the remedies better than in the past when I've just guessed based on the bottle label. There are also websites that describe the remedies BachCenter.com is my favorite. But it was the little book that taught me about how they came about, how they work, and how to take them to get the most benefit. Hope that helps someone out there. (Amazon couldn't get the other remedies I wanted before a month, so I had to go to Super Supplements and get the rest. I'm guessing Whole Foods might have Bach Flower Essences as well. Call around for stores that work for you if Amazon can't get the ones you need.) 5
