I *much* prefer Breath Right s Extra. Breath Right has a number of products. It gets overly confusing. I ve purchased a number of their products. Breath Right s extra works best for me.If you need help opening up your nostrils at night don t waste your money on other Breath Right products spend the extra few bucks and buy the extra ones. 5They workThese things definitely pull your nasal passages open so, a bit of advice: make sure you lubricate said passages or have a humidifier going so your head doesn't dry out. They work and they hold. Also be sure to place a warm wash rag on it for several minutes, then wet it as you try to remove. Either that or use olive or coconut oil instead of water. Use something, because it hurts!!! The adhesive is almost like Gorilla tape - be kind to your nose. 3Three vs Two Plastic Strips to Open NaresMy husband wears these every night and I notice when he forgets. He has a larger nose and these are the only size that will fit him. We have tried several different kinds and these are slightly longer and wider. Also, these have three plastic strips that run lengthwise to open the nares, versus the other strips that only have two. They also have a strong adhesive so they're not falling off in the middle of the night like the clear breathe right strips. They are packaged in individual strips (like bandaids) which is nice. Unfortunately, they do not get rid of all snoring (nor did I expect them to); maybe only 50%. But, 50% better sleeping for me is still worth it. They are quite expensive, but buying them in bulk helps. 4Strong product. Stays on throughout the night.These hold really well. Almost too well. They stay on the entire night and I have to pull them off carefully each morning. Sometimes it leaves adhesive on my nose. But it comes off with soap and water. I ordered these because I had difficulty finding ones that would stay on the whole night and these certainly do that. I sleep better with these on and I notice a difference when I don't wear them. I don't snore a lot but the amount of extra oxygen you feel you receive when wearing these is worth it. I will order these again! 4A Joke But A Bad OneThis is a joke. Anyone buying this product is going to be sorry as it is worthless and a total waste of money.. The idea that it "helps you breath even better" is garbage. The strips do not stay on and they certainly have no "Breath Better. Sleep Better" capability. Worst, the seller will not accept a return. DO NOT BUY! 1Sleep Saver at a fair priceI've been using breathe right strips for years. I've tried off-name brands and they don't stick, or don't have enough strength to really open the nasal passages, so I've always gone back to Breathe Right. It really gives me relief at night, especially when I'm fighting a cold or allergies. I don't know what I'd do without them! They even help me sleep better at night when my husband wears them...it reduces his snoring!! This supplier delivered very quickly and is the best price I've found. I order several boxes at a time, so I do comparison shop before every purchase. I've come back to this supplier several times now. 5A must haveI have been using these for years. I cannot breathe at night without them. I wish they offered a larger quantity. I would buy it! 5these work greatI can't pass a night without one of these on. It seems that as soon as I get in bed my sinuses close up. nasal sprays only dry and irritate my sinuses. But the Breathe Right strip opens up my nasal airway with no side affect 5Doesn't adhere after repeated attempts.I successfully used this product ten years ago. Now, the adhesive does not stick to my skin so it is useless to me. I have cleaned my skin with soap and water, completely rinsed and dried my face. I then applied the strip to my nose and it doesn't adhere. I have tried repeatedly to solve the problem to no avail. I am very disappointed. 2And helps me get a better nights sleepKeeps me from snoring! And helps me get a better nights sleep. I don't find myself waking up at all hours of the night anymore, just stick one of these on before bed and I'm set. They are plenty sticky and give a lot of lift to open you up.I've actually tried wearing one while running before as well, it worked okay but I didn't notice much of a difference. If your in a sport where you need to wear a mouth guard (can't breath through your mouth) these may do the trick for you. 5
