Five StarsLove this brand of coffee5Great coffee!I received the k cups immediately and had to make up a cup right away. I love the flavor - the maple is not overpowering the coffee itself and the aroma has filled the office with this delicious maple smell. Mmmm. I will be ordering again!5A great flavored coffee, without overpowering.This is probably one of the best brews I've had yet from Brooklyn Beans. I'm generally not much of a fan for flavored coffees... take them or leave them honestly. However this one drew my attention when I got it in a variety pack and I've decided to go all in.If you've had Brooklyn Beans coffee before you know what you expect, good blends of coffee and surprisingly high quality for a K-Cup. This is no different. The surprising factor however is the flavor added to this. Maple Sleigh has a slight hint of maple syrup to it. Unlike Mocha or Hazelnut flavors which I personally find too strong in most coffees, the maple syrup is rather subdued. It gives the coffee a subtle hint of sugar you'd expect from maple syrup, but it's nowhere near overpowering, you're not just tasting the flavor. The most striking thing about this particular blend is the strong aroma it makes when brewed, reminding me rather heavily of pancakes.The pod itself is of great quality, with a satisfying *pop* sound when you put it into the machine, and I've yet to have an issue with any of the grinds spilling out into the needles of the Keurig or into the cup of coffee itself.This coffee goes great with just a hint of cream, with very little to no sugar needed. Definitely recommended as a morning coffee as it suites well to whatever you decide to eat for breakfast, or as a dessert coffee.5Tasty treatI hadn't heard of this brand before, but I wanted to try everything I could since I just bought a Keurig. So far, this one is my favorite! It has a smooth roast flavor, not at all burned or bitter like I've found in brands like Starbucks. I always receive an "Oops" error from the machine that directs me to the Keurig web site. On the web site is says these k-cups will not work because the 2.0 machine "reads" the label and looks for a Keurig identifier. However, I am not sure how accurate this is because I have used other Brooklyn coffee k-cups with no issues.I have, however, made the Cyclone k-cups work by cutting off a top from a used k-cup that works and attaching it to the top. I like the flavor of this coffee and wish it would work better.11/17/2015 Update: I did try this particular k-cup in the regular style Keurig machine and this k-cup WILL work. Apparently no label reading!3
