Disapointing watery sauce, fair ravioliThe ravioli itself is OK, but it seems like half of what you get is a very watery sauce. Really, the sauce was more of a soup consistence than a sauce consistency. The quality and flavor of the sauce is much lower than you would get from cheap store-brand spaghetti sauce. It's just not a very good product.2Great size for hungry kidI ve never eaten or tasted the product.My daughter loves these. My son used to love the mini ravioli. My daughter absolutely loves the Mac and cheese. Great serving size for a kiddo. Needs garlic. Rather small.A bit smaller than I had imagined, though of course sold by weight. (I guess they're geared toward small kids.) I think what it needs is garlic. Adding a little fresh garlic should make it much better; I'll try that the next time I eat one. Some of the meat has a strange chalky texture--pieces of filling that have no noodle wrapper. All in all, okay; almost satisfies my need for a quick fix of pasta. The microwave heating works well.4Why Does Cheese Ravioli Contain Beef?Tasty, nutritious and easy to make. The thing is - you don't know you're eating beef until you taste it OR if you read the ingredients. When I see a food item that is labeled as "Cheese Ravioli" I don't think I need to double-check the ingredients to verify I am getting cheese ravioli. Don't get me wrong -- the product is good and delicious BUT being a little more upfront on the packaging would have been nice just because there are times I do not want beef -- I just want cheese ravioli.4Wrong itemI ordered this for my son who is self- quarantining in his apartment. What he received is ABC pasta with meatballs. He said they tasted good but I was not happy with the switch as he already knew his ABCs and of course, it did not go past C so what good is that anyway? I think there were 1,2,3s in there as well and being that he has an Applied Mathematics Degree from GA Tech, I think he could have done without that as well. But, as they say, any port in a storm. My warehouse store sells it for less without coupons, so why should I continue to order from Amazon? And now I see many recent comments about poor quality control. Yeah, that's real nice. I don't even want to give it to the school now, after reading some of these recent reviews. ;(4Small but well packed with meat ravioli -easy to heat (2 minutes in a small microwave) , lids are aluminum under the plastic removable cap, and come off easily when you pull on their ring top prior to putting them in the microwave. Bowl is plastic and doesn't get overly hot to handle- so you can remove it without gloves from the microwave - but i put mine on a microwave safe plate anyway and move it in and out of the unit more safely just to be sure. Not a huge bowl portion- but adequate for a lunch or snack, only drawback is that each has 750 mg of sodium in it - (salt) - but I have found by just eating the slightly covered with sauce ravioli- and not the sauce - it cuts back on the sodium quite a bit.5CONVENIENT SIZE FOR AN INDIVIDUALI like the Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli. When I found it in this smaller size I was glad. It is an ideal lunch and/or snack when you are busy. It does not take long to heat the container in the microwave. It is really delicious. When we run low, I plan to order it again.5Not very good.I bought these during the pandemic because all of the ABC's and meatballs were sold out, but the sauce does not taste like the ABC's and meatballs at all, and my child won't eat it. I thought all of these basically tasted the same, just in different forms. Not true. Also, these were sold at a higher price than normal during the pandemic. Not cool.1
