It works from day oneWhat's that old saying, "The proof is in the pudding." Fact, I took this supplement for ONE DAY (2 pills, 12 hours apart for each one) and the very next day when I took my blood readings it was down 20 points and continued to go down day after day. Let's just say I'm VERY impressed. 5Better than the alternativeI had severe reactions from the doctor prescribed meds to help lower my blood sugar. One of them has caused me permanent damage. As an alternative I turned to natural remedies. Nature's Bounty Cinnamon 2000 Plus Chromium along with other natural alternatives has lowered my blood sugar and A1C to a much safer lever without any side effects. Most definitely on my rebuy list. 4Not worth the moneyIm diabetic and didnt notice any difference in my sugar levels after taking it for a month! 1As a helper for people with diabetes!This cinnamon is Great as a supplement for a person with diabetes. I take about between 14,000 and 16,000 mg's a day and it seems to keep my blood sugar down a lot more than with just the 500 to 800 mg's of metformin. 4If you can t swallow big pills don t buyI had read how important natural cinnamon when combined with chromium can be for women s health- was excited to find this vitamin!
