High hopes disappointedI really wanted to love this but I think there s just better options. First, the image on the package is discerning as the product is not nearly as light or creamy as the image would lead you to believe.Second, the flavor is just off. While it clearly has spice, the cardamom flavor tastes like it s gone bad. It has a woody taste vs the complex warm spice of a good chai should.2Wonderful FlavorThis is a grwat product. With my dairy allergy, it is hard to find something completely dairy free and still taste good. Not only does this taste good, it taste great!!. I gave it a 4 as I wish the sugar content was lower, maybe come up with another one made with stevia. I have bought regular black chai tea bags, only use 2 heaping tsps and add the brewed tea to the powder. I keep this at work, have at least 2 cups a day and stopped drinking coffe altogether as of last week. I will buy this again and again, etc... Thank you so much for this product.4An alternative to herb teaA friend introduced me to this drink. It is soothing at night especially. My only complaint is that it is harder to dissolve. I put in the recommended 2 T and pour boiling hot water just to cover and start stirring, trying to get most of it to dissolve. I then add some water, stir again and finally finish pouring the boiling water and stir again. No matter how much I try, there is always undissolved sediment at the bottom of the cup. If you're looking for an alternative to drinking the same thing, is a soothing or comforting drink.4The Chai is great!!! Spicy without overpowering and flavorful.Since my time spent in India, I ve become a huge fan of chai. I have tried several different brands, my favorite being Big Train (has powdered dairy milk). When my son was diagnosed with a dairy allergy, I stopped drinking itnand started searching for a safe option. I ve even made my own mixture with semi positive results. I saw this and decided to try it. I m so glad I did. I was nervous when I saw the stars until I read reviews and realized the negatives were for other flavors. I mix the powder in 6-8oz hot water with a small spoon of powered rice milk, a tiny bit of Splenda and top it off with oat milk. It s very good! I am so pleased to have found a safe alternative that is easy and tastes good. I thought it was expensive for the amount at first but then I realized it only requires two-three small scoops to make a 16oz cup. Now I feel I ll definitely get my money s worth. Note: I HATE Starbucks chai because it s disgusting, so if you are looking for that go with the liquid Oregon Chai..this doesn t taste like that (thankfully).5I wish I had read the reviews!Of course the bad reviews are the last to be seen... I just hope people are smarter than me and read deep. This chai is by far the worst I ve ever tried, and I ve tried them all! It leaves a horrible aftertaste of soap! It s grainy and dark, nothing like the picture in the advertisement. I should have been skeptical when I had to pay shipping, I know that if something isn t Prime eligible it s not backed by Amazon. A HUGE waste of $20+! And don t be fooled if you see the replay to someone s question about a guarantee, they don t refund or replace.1Hope to get use to itIt is a good way to get your tumeric, pepper ginger in but I am not loving the flavor yet. I will try to like it :)3Best of the sweetened chai tea mixes I ve tried.This is the best tasting chai tea mix containing sugar that I ve tried so far, and I think I ve tried all of them sold on Amazon. The others are way too sweet - over 20 grams of sugar per serving. Most of them use 6-8 ounces as a serving. I typically drink 14 ounces every morning, so reducing the sugar is important. I get migraines from most artificial sweeteners which eliminates a few of the chai tea mixes from my consideration. Some taste too much like artificial coffee creamer for my taste. My favorite is the unsweetened Blue Lotus that I mix with coconut cream powder and a bit of honey. However, there are times when a complete mix is preferable such as when traveling. I will definitely be ordering this again for convenience sake, but using Blue Lotus as my daily cup of chai. Blue Lotus does taste a bit peppery, but I don t mind that.5Tasty vegan chaiI'm newly dairy free and wanted to find a quick chai option for my morning tea. I tried a few others that were liquid based or needed to be steeped. The Coconut Cloud chai is easy to prepare, just adding water from my electric kettle, and tastes good. I like that it still has the creamy flavor of a latte but isn't nearly that difficult to prepare.5This is delicious!Drinking a hot turmeric drink is recommended by a lot of groups, but it doesn't always taste very good. This is a very tasty drink and it's easy! If you wanted to up the turmeric, you could easily add ground turmeric to the drink without altering the taste. High recommended.5Not sweet but worth the moneyThe company is very professional and trustworthy. I contacted them about my unhappiness with the lack of sweetness. I was expecting the matcha to be similar to Starbucks matcha. The quality of the product is wonderful and this is great if you add some honey to it. If you want something sweet that will fill you sweet craving, this isn t the product (but it can be if you add honey or coconut sugar). There is no need to add any creamer because it already has the coconut creamer added into the mix.5
