Great Dark TasteI love this decaffeinated coffee. My system reacts strongly to caffeine, so I've been monitoring my intake daily. With this brand of decaf, I don't have to give up coffee flavor. It's great. I first found Community Coffee at a gourmet dinner party groups I belonged to in Austin. The hostess brews only Community brand for her guests. These k-cups make as good a coffee as her high end brewing system. If you like dark roast coffees, this decaf is an excellent choice.5Replaces all others we triedWe've tried many different coffee brands/roasts, both flavored and not, caffeinated and decaf, at home and in coffee shops we found this breakfast blend most satisfying of them all. Pop one of these k-cups in the Keurig 2.0 and enjoy a delicious cuppa a couple of minutes later. Coffee preference is up to each indivisual, but if you're still not completely satisfied with your morning cup of coffee, give this a try.5Weak and flavorless.Good price? Yes. Do you get what you paid for? No. I've paid around the same for other brands and have been surprised by the flavor and quality. This? Not even a little. It is bland, weak and flavorless coffee, even at the lower settings on my Keurig. (6oz and 4oz, but who really only drinks a 6 ounce cup of coffee or less?). It's hard enough to find a decent decaf K-cup coffee, so I thought a "medium-dark roast" would at least give me some satisfaction. I love the House Blend of Community Coffee. I got a sampler, originally, and tried several of their flavors. But I'm a classic coffee kinda person, so I found the House Blend to be perfect. Though it's strong, it's flavor is perfection! I often make my morning coffee over ice in the Keurig, and even with a bunch of melting ice cubes diluting it, this stuff tastes amazing. With or without creamer, with or without sugar. There's a special zing here - a pleasant flavor that I have not found in other coffees. Whatever it is, I hope it never changes. This stuff is my new morning staple.5Community Coffee Caf Special DecafCommunity Coffee is a typically good brand of coffee, however this Special Decaf blend I've found to be on the weak side of medium to dark roasts and have had to tweak it a bit to find just the right strength and flavor richness. After a bit of trial and error, the best flavor from this K-cup comes from pulsing the strong option to 4-6 ounces. Anything larger and the coffee to me just tastes too weak.4Delicious; as close as you'll get in kcups to real coffee and chicory tasteVery good quality New Orleans style Coffee and Chicory. I'm from New Orleans and this is the coffee my mom bought (not in k-cups, but regular bags of coffee). My only complaint is that no one makes kcups strong enough, but that's a personal quirk because I like really, really strong coffee. But these are every bit as good as the French Market or Cafe de Monde coffee and chicory kcups, and the price is much better.5Disgraceful!I was absolutely furious when I opened not one, but, 2 boxes delivered to the post office containing my order of Community Coffee Coffee & Chicory 36ct Single Serve Coffee Pods. One small shipping box would have been adequate. This is overkill to say the least. This should be illegal and is immoral. What a waste of resources, space, time, energy. This space cannot adequately express my anger. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN. Wasteful, Wasteful Wasteful.4Great Coffee Impossible to storeI love this particular coffee and thank the day that my gentleman friend introduced it to me in New Orleans. I have ordered it several times from Amazon. The Dark Roast Signature blend has a full and rich flavor without any hint of the burnt and bitter taste of a typical Star Buck's roast. My 72 Keurig cup order arrived quickly. HOWEVER, instead of its being packed in six separate twelve count boxes, it arrived in a Community Coffee box with all seventy two cups rattling around. The box is huge and impossible to store in a convenient manner. In the past, I was able to store the 12 count boxes on several shelves and when one was used up, it freed shelf space for the other five. Not this behemoth.3Not for me... Coffee snob? Maybe I amI purchased this because all the positive reviews. That being said, it has an odd taste to it. If you are a typical starbucks coffee drinker, I don't think you will care for this at all. I drink coffee black mostly and I couldn't get through this whole box without ordering a different brand. It has a weird smell and taste. Maybe it is the "Chicory"? I tried it with milk, sugar... it is just odd tasting. Who know, maybe you will like it. But in the end, it is not for me. I am on the quest to find the perfect K Cup... I won't by this again though.1A 49 Year Favorite - Community Coffee House BlendCommunity Coffee has been our favorite brand for about 49 years (longer for me than my wife). It is a rich, smooth flavored coffee. House Blend is our favorite blend followed closely by Breakfast Blend. We be tried other coffee brands, they re either weak or have what I can only describe as a twang. We have moved in the past year to an area where Community Coffee is not available. When we offer it to guests or even contractor laborers, it seems to be well-liked. Some ask specifically for it on return visits. Thank goodness Amazon carries our favorite Community Coffee blends.5
