Great for big boys with wetting problem!My 8 year old son began wetting the bed a year ago. He was horrified by the idea of "diapers" - even the pull up kind for older kids. We bought a pack and ended up donating them. So after a YEAR of washing his sheets almost daily, I BRIBED him to try these. I showed him the package that says "Men" and that they're gray and look more like real underwear. He is a big kid at 4' 8" and 105#. The small/med size fits him okay and he actually likes wearing them! When he wakes up, he doesn't even know if he has wet himself or not because they keep his skin dry. These are fantastic for a kid going through a phase! Wish I'd thought of it about 300 laundry cycles ago.5Womens fit flex hold more liquids and dont show bulgeWhat a relief I have sudden urges to go and sometimes couldn't make it to the bathroom without partially wetting myself.Does leave a small bulge ,barley noticable.I would untuck my shirt to hide the stain.my only issue is the bulge in my jeans I ordered spanx and a womens girdle hopefully one of those will help .3Uncomfortable.These things are the most uncomfortable pieces of crap imaginable. WE ARE MAKING UPS RICH.1Solution for menHere is something that will help MEN make these work better. Here is something that works great for me that I thought up. This is for MEN only. Seems like all of the brands have leak issues and this causes wet sheets etc.. I found a way to resolve it, again for men only. Get some of those daytime PADS you use in your underwear. They are pretty cheap to buy. What I do is LEAVE the protective cover for the sticky stuff on them and then fold them over long ways and tape the end of them with BLUE PAINTERS TAPE to make sure no urine flows out the end. This BLUE tape works the best. I make about 3 of them up for one nights use, seldom needing more than 2 sometimes just 1. What you do is put on your adult diaper and then insert your penis into the opening of the folded over pad you taped. During the night this is where your urine will make contact, inside this pad, and my experience is that on most nights it will all stay in this folded over PAD. In fact, I can use the ADULT UNDERWEAR the next night and the night after that because urine never got to it OR MY BEDDING. Leak problem solved and the amount spent on diapers soars DOWNWARD. Let's call this Greg's FIX.3Does the job!My Dad, who had a major heart surgery early in the year, has been using these since I purchased them for him. He said they are great, the best ones he has tried and well worth the money.5Too tight, too hot.Too tight. Too hot. This may be "Too Much Information." I had a prostatectomy and was told by my surgeon that I would need at least a few weeks of coverage to shield for possible incontinence. The flexibility and minimization of bulk of these was impressive as well as the snug leak-proof fit around the leg. My initial reaction was positive but alas, I could not wear them. I am 6'4" and weigh 240 lbs. I bought the largest size available and found those to be very uncomfortable, particularly the tightness around the genitalia. I used a total of only three before I abandoned them and went to simple front shields. Perhaps if my need was greater I would have endured the discomfort until I became more accustomed to the fit. All that said, I would recommend them to a smaller man but not someone my size unless you have a very serious problem.2Not the same product I had come to trustApparently this manufacturer has totally changed this product since the last time I bought them. Instead of a highly absorbent fill material these have a narrow, flat strip down the middle. The leg openings are loose and allow leaks. With the slightest amount of moisture the underwear begins a slow trip downward, held in place only by my pants. Wish I hadn't bought the large economy size. Maybe I will keep these to use as rags when I wash the car. They aren't much use for the purpose intended. I will have to look elsewhere because I won't be purchasing this brand again. Very disappointed and wondering--what were they thinking?1Try one, you will like themThey fit perfectly and protect me when I have batter leakage.
