Prettiest cane I own. Get compliments all the time, And it does it's job of supporting me and helping me walk!!!!!So prettty! I can wear it with black (background) or any of the many bright colors the flowers are created with. This is my current favorite!!!!!! And it's a good cane. It does the job a cane should do, keeps me stable, I hurt less when I walk with it. I REALLY like it for multiple reasons.5Very nice caneThe cane is just as described. The only thing they said wrong was the "Woodgrained" description. Its not that anywhere. The description says "Copper swirl" and that's what the shaft is. It's very nice looking. The handle is wood and well shaped. I find it well made and light. I really like this cane. I recommend it highly. I saw no evidence of previous reviews issues.5My best friend since I had my ankle surgery !I had an ankle surgery 3 months ago. When my physical therapist told me that I was ready to walk without the walking boot, I was so afraid to walk without it. Then, she told me that a cane would help me to walk and feel more secure. When I got home after my therapy session, I did some research about canes, and after comparing several of them, I ordered this one. I've been using for a month and it has become my best friend ! I would recommend this to all my family and friends ! 5Functional lightweight walking caneThis is an attractive and functional light-weight walking cane. It does everything it is supposed to do. My one complaint is that the finish on the handle mars easily. The slightest bump results in an unsightly chip in the finish. I used a black marker to cover up the blemishes.I added a stabilizing base https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0064BRISQ/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_5 which enables it to stand on its own; this makes it easier for me to use and to retrieve.4Functional and sturdy cane, handle paints chips easliyFunctional cane with the advantage of extending beyond 36" like most are limited, so good for a taller person like me (6'1"). But this is only my 7th day using, and already the paint on the handle is chipping. Yes, I have dropped the cane occassionally - who doesn't when starting with something new like a cane after surgery? - but I did expect more durability of the coating. It is an good looking cane. And for $14+ it was a good deal ... but buyer beware about the possibility of pretty quick chipping of the of the paint job. Not also that it does not fold up into sections, which wasn't important to me, but I guess I thought it did ... I thought all these aluminum canes were collapsible. Like I said, not a problem from me, and advertisement was not misleading in any way, I just didn't realize it so a cautionary note to the rest of you.3Functional and looks greatIt looks very good. Doesn't look like old mans cane. Functionally , there's a technique to using the cane that is the most supportive. I am 34 year old male, recovering from reconstructed leg (docs wanted to amputate , I refused ). I walk with the cane somewhat pressing against my thigh , and use it to stabilize my most tired leg. It is lightweight and adjustable,Exactly what I was looking for.5LightThe cane itself is high quality. I weigh 200lbs and I used it a lot for a 2 month period. It seemed to hold up well. The only think worth adding is that the packaging wasn't very good. I suspect the USPS soccer team used the box to practice penalty kicks. Having said that, the cane arrived slightly bent. I kept it since it still appeared to be usable.4Good cane if you don't mind the poor finishI received this cane and decided to remove the stickers... However, that also removed the coating on the cane... I ended up returning it for a refund...1I have had to use canes for the last dozen years. This one is an excellent cane.This cane is great for a bunch of reasons. I purchased two of them in 2009.1. It doesn't look like the typical black aluminum cane.2. The adjustment mechanism is perfect, I haven't had to touch it since I initially set them nearly five years ago.3. Other canes I've owned had rubber tips that marked up the floor. This one doesn't mark the floor.4. The original cane tips are still working great after nearly five years of daily use. No other cane I own can say that at all.5. I own several canes, these are my favorite ones (I have two) for use around the house. Things I would like to improve the cane.1. I wish it would pick it self off the floor.2. I wish it would stand by itself.5Durable and nice lookingI bought this cane after breaking my foot, when I had to keep weight off of it for 6 weeks. I worked wonderfully. At 6'1" and 230 pounds I was concerned about a "fashion cane" not being heavy duty or tall enough, but this one was perfectly sturdy and adjustable to a wide range of heights.The handle is smooth wood and the tube is all copper and very, very light. The design isn't really reminiscent of "wood grain", but it is quite nice nonetheless. I received a lot of compliments from coworkers on the beauty of the cane and how classy it looked.I liked it so much I almost wish I could keep using it, but alas, my foot is healed. I would highly recommend this cane to anyone in need.5
