I can use them on top of a cake I bake, and melts Dow better than the Chips! So will buying the chunks from now on!5Best dairy free chocolate chips!These chocolate chips are seriously the best dairy free chips I have ever used. They have real cocoa butter in them and literally only 2 other ingredients.These melt just as easily as regular chocolate chips. I have used them to create chocolate ganache, chocolate glaze for donuts, and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as adding them into my banana bread and chocolate chip muffins and pancakes. They taste great and the texture is great as well.For the most part, Enjoy Life brand does a great job of creating products free of dairy and gluten. This is definitely a great one. I wish they made a sugar free variety with stevia or monkfruit for me to use when I'm avoiding sugar. Aside from that, I honestly can't complain.5Best Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips Ever!These are by far the best non dairy chocolate chips I've ever had! I ordered the mini chips and got the chunks instead. Both bags fell apart when I went to pick them up. There s no way for me to try and return them with mailing back loose chips. Chunks have white marks on them as well. Flavor is okay but that s it.2My yummy dairy-free go to!I've had to eliminate all dairy from my diet as an exclusively breastfeeding mother for all 3 of my kids, due to their dairy sensitivities (colic, discomfort, rashes, etc) as babies. I'm so grateful to have found this dairy free alternative that doesn't taste dairy free! This is my go to for baking, and sometimes I'll eat just a few chips to satisfy my sweet tooth. Besides tasting good, it also melts well and the price isn't that much more than the widely available standard chocolate chips that are made with dairy. I was so happy to see these available on amazon!5Poor shipping, damaged itemWas a little bit disappointed with shipping! We buy these frequently (and have order from Amazon before)... but there was no care taken with this shipment and the bags arrived with nothing but big chunks in them, making them nearly impossible to use for the baking projects they re intended for. These taste great and are an amazing substitute for dairy-free chocolate (we have a dairy-free kiddo)... but especially for the price, I expected a better job with shipping! I ordered chocolate CHIPS not melted and then frozen chocolate GLOBS.2
