Love Garden of LifeRecommend dose is 3 a day. I can only take 1 or I get constipated. Have been on Garden of Life Probiotics for 3 plus years and t definitely makes the bowel better. I'm just not sure how much I getting because I am only able to take one. 4Important to Incorporate into Your LifeAfter trying many probiotics, my Physical Therapist (she s vegan) recommended this type. Was a little hesitant because there are so many in the bottle. This is my second batch. The flavour is grassy. I like how the pills are solid and aren t capsules that start melting everywhere if my hands are damp. Clean, keeps well in the fridge. Have had severe digestive issues w backing up for years. This has comforted my stomach. Not too much gas and more regular than ever.High quality. If you eat acidic foods / junk food or dairy you really need to try to balance out your gut with /something/ good. Skip the yogurt and start taking these daily. The guy is the epicenter of our emotional well-being. From one stressed out lady - I say - you deserve to be regular! Try these ! 5GREAT RESULTS!Still in my first month of these and love them! As a child growing up, and in school I missed more days of school than I can count because of my stomach problems. It just so happened on a trip to Seattle, my mother found out about these, and since I started taking them, my stomach, and healthy bacteria living inside have never been better. I can get out of the house with confidence, and not have to worry about sitting so long down on the toilet while my stomach pains subside. Additionally, these come with the added benefit of making you regular, and that in and of itself is a wonderful thing. 5These just aren't right for meI mainly take probiotics because, since starting them two years ago, I have not had a single sinus infection. Before that I would get at least two, sometimes three, a year. They do also reduce stomach issues. Since starting these my stomach just hasn't been right (like they work "too well"). For 10-15 years I would watch her lie in bed in the fetal position suffering severe pain when she suffered an irritable bowel attack. The pain had her in tears. It wasn't cheap but I gave it a try. I can honestly say my wife's painful bouts of irritable bowel syndrome have decreased 95% or more. Oh sure every once in awhile my wife experiences irritable bowel attacks.The way this works is that it colonizes good bacteria in the bowel and fights the bad bacteria that causes problems. My wife has been using this for 10 years and swears by it.If you suffer from irritable bowel you must try this. I now buy this from Amazon sellers who offer the best prices.I am always suspect of glowing reports about any product but I assure anyone who reads this that this is 100% true! 5
