Customer Reviews

For medical use, they beat the pricier optionsI've bought these twice now for applying a prescription cream. They have just the right amount of stretch, they're not too thick or too thin, they're far more environmentally-friendly than full-size gloves, and I've only had one out of 288 that was torn in manufacturing. I've tried more expensive brands from my local pharmacy, but I'll be sticking with these for sure.I do agree with others that they run large, at least for women. I wear size large women's gloves, but I will likely order medium finger cots next time. 5Great for doing jewelry workI got these because I make jewelry and got tired of getting glue on the ends of my fingers. Also, these keep metal shavings from getting under my fingernails when I use my dremel on metal parts. They're a bit tight, but I guess they have to be to stay on. You don't want to wear them too long because you will start to feel that tightness. Also, they don't last a long time because it's pretty easy to tear them. But I don't think they were made for really durable work. I'm just happy that I don't have so much glue on my fingers all the time. Making jewelry just isn't great for your hands so something like this really helps.Decent value for the price so I'll definitely buy some more when I run out. 4Good cots, but they run large. Order accordingly.Good latex finger cots. They run large, so don't buy too big a size for your needs. I am a female with medium size hands. My index finger is just under 3" in length and 2.25" diameter. The small ones fit just fine on most of my fingers. The medium ones may work for my thumbs. The large will be too huge for me to use; I may have to give them away. 4Admittedly this is not the intended use of the design but they tear too easily for this applicationBought these to keep snow out of my rifle barrel on winter hunts. Admittedly this is not the intended use of the design but they tear too easily for this application. 2Real stretchy medium strengthAt my work they always have finger cots for if we cut our fingers which are ok but real stiff. I ended up getting a cut on my finger that needed to stay covered with medicine for over a week and I was sick of getting it wet. These are nice and flexible and easy to get on. They aren't super thick like the ones at my work are and won't be able to take a beating. If you plan on working in the garden or doing construction buy thicker ones because these will probably tear a lot for you.If you work in front of a computer all day or are a office worker these should be fine.Very flexible and super comfortable but medium duty which is fine for me.FIT: A little snug for my mitts but not so much that it cuts off the blood. I need to stretch them to get them over my nuckle on my middle finger. They are stretchy enough to fit over my thumb which is impressive. 5Use for finger used on tablet screen.Wanted these so I wouldn't have to constantly clean my tablet screen. Oily fingers even right after I wash my hands. These are perfect. Clean screen! Now, about size t order. I am 5'2, 145 pounds and wear a 7-1/2 ring. The small ones are a little snug. I can see a ridge on my finger after only wearing one a few minutes. Probably should have ordered medium size. With 144 in the box I guess I won't be ordering more for quite a while. Just roll them on and roll them off. I've had one on and off about 5 times today and it shows no wear. Good quality. I would recommend.Update: After wearing about 30 minutes my finger (index) has turned purple and cold. Guess I need to order mediums. Still recommend. 5Sizing is offI ordered these because I have a medical condition called Raynaud's phenomenon, which causes reduced blood flow to my fingertips. I can t take anything too hot or too cold touching my fingertips. Using my iPhone to play games or other apps is causing discomfort now because of the small amount of heat coming from the screen. I want to order these in a different size because they work very well for that but you ll notice the redness in the picture caused by wearing a Size Small for less than 5 minutes. I m 5 5 and wear a size 6 1/2 ring so I thought small would fit. Think carefully about what size you order - I m going to re-order medium because it definitely helps with the heat sensitivity. 2Just Ok for Polymer Clay work! These are, at best, one time use. I say, 'at best', because as polymer clay artist, these really don't last even one day. They become worn and 'tacky' over time- as if they are interacting with the clay. When this happens, they begin to color the clay I am working with and I must change them out. On another note, I ordered Small because I have very small hands and fingers. However, the Small was too small for my thumbs. My thumbs went numb (not exaggerating here) after a couple hours with them on. A ring of purpose formed around my thumb, cutting off the blood circulation. I highly suggest a different size for your thumbs than your fingers. (I wish the specifications had given that instruction!) Also, as a clay artist, I wanted to save time on sanding by not leaving fingerprints. These are so thin that if I left my hands on the clay for too long, they left fingerprints all the same! Worked fine as long as my fingers worked quickly. I don't know how these might work in other fields, but I give it only three stars for Clay Work! 3size is good but not durableI use finger cots to keep bandaids on my fingers dry. I go through lots of bandaids every winter because the dry air makes my finger tips break open and which is very painful. In the past, I have bought Rite Aid finger cots but they only come in assorted sizes, so I have 50-75 unused size small cots. I was excited to find a company that distributed boxes of all medium size and 144 ct. to a box. HOWEVER, this brand tears very easily and I go through 2-3 cots/finger daily, where as with the Rite Aid brand I rarely had to change it more than once a day. So.. I gained the advantage of the correct size but aquired cots that are not very durable. 3Sizing may not matter as much as you think...I have small hands and got these in size small after reading reviews. The size small definitely doesn't run large. To give you an idea of my fingers, the base of my thumb and pointer fingers measure a little over 2 inches wide with my pointer finger measuring over 2.5 inches in length.I've found the size small to be too long on most fingers and uncomfortably tight around the base of my thumb (which is the finger I needed it for), but it doesn't really matter because I just pull it on and cut at the band on the bottom (the band is the thicker part that will cut off your circulation). The length is adjustable even if you don't cut it (it just rolls up or stretches out), so I wouldn't worry about length. Because it fits so snugly on my entire thumb (and most of my other fingers) I can rip off the bottom to allow for circulation and comfort without worrying about it sliding off my finger. Since it's too long for my fingers anyways, this works well for me (it doesn't matter as long as it's long enough to go past your knuckle). It doesn't let any water in when washing dishes or taking a shower. It's not completely comfortable because it's tight, but since I need it to be tight (i have to keep my thumbnail dry due to an injury) I'm not sure it would work as well in size medium for me. Anyways, it's comfortable enough that I forget about it after awhile. If you're getting them for something other than keeping a wound dry you probably wouldn't need them as tight, so if you've got small hands I'd order a medium. I'd probably go with a large if you're a man with normal sized hands and you don't need them super tight. As far as durability goes, I haven't found these to tear too easily. I've been using them while prepping food (with sharp knives) and doing various chores and I have yet to have any of them break open or tear while wearing them. 4
