like an "experience in flavor" that precludes casual consumptionNot your typical honey, it's a very unique (unlike any honey I've ever had) and strong flavor which I'm sure some people with a more sophisticated palate may desire/appreciate, but it's not what I'm looking for in a honey. I would compare this to an overly-hoppy IPA or a Guiness if regular honey is a Pilsner. It's more involved, like an "experience in flavor" that precludes casual consumption.3Cheap Jungle HoneyCheap Jungle Honey. I've tried REAL JUNGLE honey and this is not it. It's not about the taste. Taste depends what honey is made of. This just no medical benefits. Real jungle honey, makes you lose weight, cure certain diseases, normalizes blood pressure, cleans the blood clots, does wonders to human body. This is NONE of those things.I doubt it's a jungle honey, It's a cheap thing that's why 2 stars222-oz. is in a Plastic JarRight now I'm pretty miffed about this, since so many people answered this question back in May 2018, saying the jar was glass. This would be fine if it was returnable, but it's not.Perhaps the other sizes are still in glass, I don't know. The 22-oz size is in plastic -- thin plastic that will melt in the dishwasher. I know because a different brand of honey I just finished was in the same shiny, thin, flexible plastic jar.I hate it when Amazon retailers change their products. Many buyers have commented that their honey was thick or crystallized. What I received is runny. It will pour easily (from the *%!#& plastic jar into a glass one).2I found cure in this product.Ok, here is my 2nd review, I first rated it one star, but it turned out that I have found cure in this product.The problem I did not know that honey crystallizes and I thought something was wrong, then I found a way on youtube how to fix that.If your honey has crystallized, you can make it smooth and golden once again. Simply heat a pan of water with low heat. Remove the pan from the stove and place your honey jar inside. Be sure to take the lid off your jar before placing it in the warm water.4This product has it going on!This is a great product. I only wish that the jar was bigger so it would last longer. However, the quality is outstanding. My expectations were fully met.5Five Starstaste it little sour and I hope it is healthy.5SUGAR IS SWEET BUT NOT FLUIDThis had a good flavor but was 75% sugar. It must-have been sitting on the shelf for a year or longer I gave t to my maid.4A robust and heavy honey.This honey is a bit sour. Not as sweet as expected, but it is supposed to be some of the most nutritious of all honeys. It stands up to coffee and to strong black teas very well.5Great flavorWonderful, lovely flavor. Consistency is not as thick as expected, but depending on what you're using it for you'll never notice. Since I use honey instead of syrup for pancakes this one is perfect for pancakes, but if you're a baker and you need the smooth consistency in the baked goods you should look for one that is a little thicker4Amazon Forest HoneyMy husband and I were talking a teaspoon of honey with our tea in the morning and our arthritis seemed to get better. The honey seems to have anti-inflammatory properties, or at least it seems to work for us. The flavor is slightly sour to begin with and sweetens as you get used to it. We also use it to bake with and to sweeten yogurt or anything we can think of.5
