This brace changed my life.This brace has changed my life. I have EDS and struggle with horrible hip pain. I can t stand in one place and I m limited to the activities I can do. With this brace on it allows me more time in my feet and has given me the opportunity to farm a little longer. I will be ordering again. The groin support Velcro is starting to come lose every now and then but I believe the work I do and hours worn are more than the average person. This is after months of daily use. I will be ordering the double brace and another one of these. They have helped me tremendously. I've used this for 3 days since it arrived on Tuesday 4/25, and I am walking and feeling almost normally. I had been going to visit my chiropractor on and off for almost a year with minimal sustained relief. I read all the reviews carefully before making my decision to purchase this item, and in spite of some that were most disheartening, I decided to take a chance that it might actually help me get around.After about a week of wearing it daily, and nightly, I am more than pleasantly surprised as to how much this has improved my physical well being. I am now rarely in pain and I can once again navigate the stairs without going one step at a time. Truly remarkable product! I have been an athlete all of my life, and realize the importance of proper care and support to affected areas. The Roxofit support brace has really helped me gain stability through this healing time. I plan to wear it once I start back playing for as long as I need it. The description of the brace does not include hamstring support but it really helps in the healing and support process.A quick note on wearing the brace. The blue side is the inside. Loosely put the waist part of the brace on first then fit the thigh band in place before adjusting the waistband. I have not washed the brace yet so I don't know how that will fair. Since using this Groin support device I have no pain at all while working at my job. This has been a God send for me. Takes a bit to get used to wearing but worth every penny. Just remember not to adjust it too tight. 5This Brace Allowed Me to Play Golf!This is a very useful product. With my groin pull, I had difficulty playing golf. I had to decide either to give it up this summer, or find a workable brace. So, I did some research and found some comments from other "problem": golfers and decided to give this Roxofit a chance and ordered this brace.It does take a little time to adjust to having a strap in the groin area, but it did work for me and allowed me to play golf to a reasonable ability. I am active with walking and gardening but most days I have pain in the hip. I have only used the brace for a week but I LOVE IT. It is easy to fit and it seems to keep the joint both stable and warm. I have found it to be a great aid. 5This support really worked to heal my hamstring injury.I do not normally write reviews for things that I buy but I have been really helped by this brace so I thought I would share my experience. After almost 2 years of hamstring and sciatica pain, which started with a hamstring pull while skiing, using this support made an immediate difference. Previously, to alleviate the pain I had tried PT, massage, NSAIDs, and prednisone. Nothing helped. I like to stay active with yoga, spinning, and workout classes at the gym. The pain remained even though I modified my workouts to mitigate the aggravation. As soon as I began using the support during my workouts and while skiing, the pain was greatly diminished. After a month or two the pain I was experiencing had practically disappeared. I can now sit in a car for hours without experiencing pain shooting up my leg which would begin 20 minutes after I'd begun to drive.It takes a little playing with the brace to get it adjusted but once on it feels just fine and does not get in the way of exercise. 5Roxofit Hip Brace 5 stars for providing stabilization of hipThis is amazingly helpful in supporting my left hip. I have tried compression wrapping, Ace elastic wrapping, and the problem was not enough stiffness (but much sweat after short time wear). Once I found the right angles for the Velcro support; albeit not pain-free, but stiff enough to stabilize hip/groin to make a meaningful improvement (and fine to wear with jeans without much bulk).I am not one to write reviews, so if this helps anyone with osteoporosis/osteoarthritis of the hip, and forestalling injections and/or replacement, I would recommend. 5Two Words. IT WORKS!!Two words. IT WORKS!!My daughter who plays club soccer pulled her groin a few weeks back. She rested it a week and gradually increased her training over another 2 week period. Knowing this injury can persist for weeks if not longer we were deperate for something better than a typical wrap. On a whim I ordered the Roxofit Groin Support thinking there was no way she would wear it. At 13 she's always worried about what other people think. She is also shorter for her age and I was worried about the "one size fits most" sizing being too bulky.To my surprise she is wearing it without question and you can't tell. Although her groin is still sore the Roxofit Groin Support helps stabilize the hip, hip abductors, AND groin.She is not 100% or even 80% better but the groin support has allowed her to confidently and cautiousiously train with her club team and not miss any matches.I would recommend this product to anyone who might be in a similar situation. 5
