Not the Jordan Almonds that are shown and described.. Beware!!Did not receive the product displayed in ad. I only like to buy Sconza Jordan almonds. They even showed the ingredients which were exactly what I wanted. I got a bag labeled "Its Delish" with totally HORRIBLE Jordan Almonds. Not even close on the ingredients. NO flavor.. just hard sugar shell that will almost crack your teeth. I got these once before and noted they were bad at that time also. I now know that I cannot trust the item description for these. If I want Sconza Jordan Almonds, I have to get them directly from Sconza. I had to throw out this bag also.. wasted money on 2 bags of "Its Delish" now. Do not recommend ordering this item on Amazon. You will never know what you will actually get. Only got the right item once with this item description. I've tried several times. I did keep one that wasn't Sconza because they at least had some flavor. The ad said from Ferrara Pan as the seller, so I did not think that they would sell the "Its Delish" brand. I got fooled twice.. That will NOT happen again. 1IMPOSTER JORDAN ALMONDSNasty. I am a Jordan Almond connoisseur. I loved the idea of having them shipped to me PRIME and not having to drive to the store to buy them. These almonds smelled wonderful. However, the appearance was not pleasant. Not sure if the candy shell melted during shipment (which is unlikely as they were shipped in the winter), but the candy was melted and smeared on the packaging. The almonds were dull. The packaging looked NOTHING like the advertised picture. The candy coating was darker not bright Easter colors (like the picture listed). Overall just bummed. The taste was not the best. The almonds left a bitter taste in my mouth. 1They do not look or taste like the ad portrays. Seems to be different item.I was under the impression I was reordering an item. The first time I received a bag that is exactly as pictured on the ad. It was Scoza pastel jordan almonds. When I reordered, I received a completely different looking bag and product. This bag was labeled King Sweets Ferrara Pastel Jordan Almonds. They taste nothing like the first one. This has alot of coating and very little almond. They have a sickeningly sweet taste. I am very unhappy and will not buy anymore from this company or reorder. Look for another brand. 1I confess I am addicted to Jordan AlmondsBefore I review the candy itself, I have to say I have never been as impressed with non-Amazon Prime free shipping. Usually have to wait 7-10 days to recieve the package, but this arrived the same day as a Prime item I ordered at the same time.On to the goodness of Jordan Almonds. Some just pop them in their mouths and crunch away, but I prefer to savor the candy shell like a life-saver until it is very thin. Then I munch the remaining shell with the almond. I adopted this technique over a decade ago when I went to crunch a full-shelled Jordan which was over-candied, and broke a molar.One of my pet peeves is when the shell does not dissolve smoothly, leaving all sorts of sharp bumps which tear the roof of my mouth and tongue to shreds.These almonds' shells are not overly thick, so probably safe to munch right away, but since I am not willing to take the chance, I was overjoyed to find their shells dissolve quickly and smoothly.The only question is whether 3 lbs will be enough for my next order. 5Not always the same as listed...I LOVE these almonds. However, some aren't as good as others. I've ordered multiple times. Twice, I've gotten what's pictured. Very sweet, wonderful tasting, crunchy almonds. Every other time, it's been a big yellow bag by "king sweets". It isn't just different packaging, as the ingredients and serving sizes are different. They are still good, but not as sweet or flavorful as what's listed. Not sure why when I reorder the same product, I don't get the same product. I sent an email to the seller and I'm awaiting response. 5 stars for the plain looking bag that's listed, 4 stars for the king sweets. 4These are good Jordan Almonds.After reading so many negative reviews about these Jordan Almonds I felt compelled to write my own. I ve ordered several bags of these over the last year and I think they taste great. The candy shell is hard but they re supposed to be. I like to suck on the outer shell anyway before biting into the almond; the fresh almond. I ve truly had no issues with these. In fact, I think I ll order another bag right now... 5These are by far the worst tasting Jordan Almonds I have ever eaten!These are by far the worst tasting Jordan Almonds I have ever eaten! They are not Ferrara, they arrived in a different package than the one shown. The package must have been designed by a 6th grader, the cartoon face on the front looks offputting, and definitely not appetizing. When I opened the bag, it smelled like machinery or a chemical. There is no flavor and the sugar coating is very thick, hence the almonds are small. A waste of time and money. I am requesting a refund. I do not appreciate stinky candy. From the looks of the other low star ratings, I believe the company is not sending the Ferrara brand. 1Picture is not what you getI waited to see if KOS would like to satisfy a customer, but I guess that's not what they want to do. I wanted SCONZA almonds, which is what the picture shows. Instead I got Ferrara almonds which are inferior quality, in my opinion, to Sconza. Not only do they taste different, they were mis shaped, faded in color, had some cracked, and double almonds stuck together. Approximately 20% were like that. I will post pictures of SCONZA, WHICH IS WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING, and what they pictured ...and what I got. Beware if you picky about your almonds. 1Hard as rocks...Inedible!These took over a week to be delivered. I was happy to find that only a few pieces were broken. I tried to eat a couple pieces and I quickly discovered why so few were broken. They are hard as a rock and almost broke my tooth. Seriously, I tried sucking on them for a few minutes to see if that would soften them and make them edible...Nothing, still hard. The expiration date is 2020 so I'm assuming these are not just old and dried out. Don't waste your money! 1I want what I orderedDon t understand why I didn t get exactly what I ordered the last time. I was quit happy with those. The ones I got are made by the same company but the coating on these are not the same less flavorful. Which is the reason why I bought them again. I will keep them but not happy. Sconza is what it says on the first order the coating was also thicker, so if I order again are you going to send me something else. I want what I ordered. 1
