Super supportive socks for sitting I found that the Treat My Feet compression socks were very comfortable. They come in 6 colors and 4 sizes to fit everyone in your family. I found the socks to have roomy toes so that my toes aren't smooshed and a nice compression that's comfortable for daily use. I did find after wearing the socks for about 3 hours that I had a pattern compressed into my calves. I have added pictures of this.All-in-all, I do recommend these compression socks for those who are sitting a lot during the day or while on trips with extended sitting in the car or planes. They are advertised for use for athletics but as I'm not athletic, I can't speak to that. My calves didn't jiggle at all with the moderate compression of the socks. I recommend that you look at the comments from others to determine what size socks would work for you. I wear a size 9 US and I got the large-sized socks. The compression was neither too tight nor was it too lose but it was just right for non-medical purposes. 4They are soft and comfortable to wearI wore these socks for 3 days before washing them and they came out as if I had just taken them out of the package. They are soft and comfortable to wear. the 15-20 compression are easier to get on and off then the other ones that the Dr., recommended that I wear. I can't even get them on and when I do they hurt so bad that I have to take them off right away. You will love these too. Diabetics just watch out as the seam across the toe will leave a blister. 5EnergizingTreat My Feet is a great name for these compression socks. I hated the idea of wearing compression socks until I saw that there are fun colors and styles available. I've tried about 6 different brands and these are the best I have tried. Instead of having tired, swollen ankles at the end of the day, I feel energized all day. It's hard to believe that a sock can do that but keeping my legs from swelling and improving my circulation has had a huge impact on my energy level. I now own 3 pairs of this brand of socks. Love the colors and love how they feel when I put them on! 5I don't know what I'm talking about.I don't understand these socks. They don't provide compression on the top of the foot just behind the toes, so my feet get swelled up the same whether or not I'm using the socks. The socks provide more compression in some areas of the leg than in other areas, so after I take off the socks, my legs have dips and valleys. Not sure they are actually doing anything useful but I'm not a doctor. Also, the socks are thin like dress socks, and I have worn a hole in the top of the big toe after wearing the socks maybe four times. I have thicker Costco socks I used to wear all the time and they wore out in the heel and ball of the foot area. Maybe the thinner socks allowed my foot to slide up towards the front of the shoe and rub the top of my toe. Maybe I'm just a cranky old man who really doesn't care. At least I didn't say "I haven't received the socks yet, but other reviews makes them sound really good!" 3These are the best!I waited to wear these a few times before making this review, in order to make it more accurate! Reviews straight out of the box, in my opinion, don't count as much.My doctor told me to get some compression socks, so I ordered several brands. I got this one first, and immediately washed and wore them (I washed them in a laundry bag on gentle and hung dry - they dried quickly). They were easy to put on, and very comfortable. They did not bind at the knew or pinch. The toe is thinner, and very comfortable inside both clogs and running shoes. I have wide feet and toe room is a problem for me. My varicose veins have not hurt or bulged since I started wearing these - they do the job nicely and silently. I say silently because I honestly don't remember having them on - they are so comfy you put them on and forget about them - like socks need to be! I love these so much I just ordered more pairs. My calves get very tender following long runs and I have found that compression socks help speed recovery. These socks are some of the best I have tried yet. Rated at 15-20mmHg compression, these provide a very good balance between snug and tight compression. I have never checked to see what the recommended compression is for various applications, however, these feel very nice following a run when my legs need a little comfort.Design is very good - graduated compression, semi-custom fit meaning that there is a pocket for the heel and the sizes are pretty flexible and forgiving. I wear a 10 - 10.5 running shoe and I purchased the Large sock and it fits me just perfect. Not too long and not too short - hits me right at the knee and compression feels nice and even. Only one seam at the top of the toe, so even better.Durability - I wear mine only following exercise after a shower, and never worn them for long periods of time. Recommend hand washing - I have other socks made very similarly and I wash those in conventional wash with good results. Just take care of them and they'll last for quite a while.Great socks for muscle soreness from exercise. They should work for you if wear compression. Give these a try. 5I LOVE THEM!These are my 2nd pair of TMF compression socks. I LOVE THEM!! So comfortable, no digging at the top band, refreshes my legs, are not hot (indoors). As recommended by my dermatologist to help with lower leg dermatitis, intense scratching, red bumps that don't go away. She stated would help my circulation, and possibly help the problem. They have helped a lot! I don't have the intense need to scratch, the redness of the bumps have faded enough that I feel comfortable showing my legs. Yet despite being 6 feet 1 inch tall the socks cover my foot, ankle and calf up to knee joint with room to spare. My toes with a size 13D size foot were comfortable and left me the ability wiggle my toes with little effort. My calf and ankle had good compression when compared to similarly priced socks. The material seemed strong but breathable. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I'll buy more when the time comes for replacing them. 5Great looking, feel fineI am 5'9", wear a size 10 women's shoe, weigh 140 lbs, and size 6 or 8 pants, have proportionate width calves for someone my height. I ordered a Large or XL in all the highly rated and/or socks that had colors I liked (Physix Gear, Odd Duck, TMF (Treat My Feet), Doc Miller, Sigvaris, Swell Relief, Newzill, Iseasoo, Crucial Compression, SB Sox, Go2Socks, Rymora. So I got a really good compare and contrast of the fit, look, material, length, differences in compression etc. Some felt more like socks without much compression, some compressed my feet too much and cut off the circulation. Some were too short and didn't quite reach up to my knees and caused an unsightly bulge out over the top, some were soft yet substantial and invigorating, some were thin and had too much of a binding at the top or bottom band.These socks could be a little larger and longer for my comfort, but I love the weave pattern/texture - different than a lot of the others, a little more like socks than hoserie which I like. 5CUTE COMPRESSIONIt was nice to find a fun pair of high quality compression socks> they were knee high and fit as good as the ones I got from the medical supply store with a prescription< but a fraction of the price! I ordered a LARGE, which fit me well. I am a plus size 2X in women's clothing and have thick calves and ankles. I can recommend these socks once you determine the correct size. 5
