Works with OMRON machine, replace adapter which comes with new cuff with OMRON cord ending in blueIf you use OMROM HEM-7321T series, you replace the given/bought cord from the cuff with cord that comes with OMRON ending with blue attachment. Gently pull on the cord where it meets the cuff on both cuffs. 5Works like originalOur original Life Source BP machine was about 12 years old and the cuff developed a small leak. Replacement works perfectly and as simple answer plugging it in. Cuff also comes with a new hose and fitting options (2 fittings). Replaced medium size with medium size. Shipping was quick. Ordered Saturday evening and at the door Monday afternoon.5Working Great for Me!I am guardian of my mentally handicapped sister, who also has health issues. It is important that I keep a record of her blood pressure. I have had no luck at all getting a reading. She has very small arms and a very "thready" (so I have been told) pulse. A health care professional recommended getting a small cuff. I did and it took a few tries, but by putting it on pretty tight I was able to get a reading. I am so relieved! Easy to switch from one cuff size to another, just unplug and plug-in 5A slight catch found in using this quality device -The "catch' is that the test unit will only support the cuff-size that is factory-supplied with the unit.Enclosed instruction folder mentions the availability of different size cuffs but, omits critical words as "Replacement only" and "Factory-tested and supplied with" for different size arm dimensions.The differences being the air-bleed speed of the tester and mated cuff.I did notice an easily accessible adjustment being mentioned within a competitors instruction sheet.I do suggest routine during-use monitoring of the tester's battery indicator and the on-hand availability of fresh Energizer or Duracell batteries.End result: I had to return the small-size cuff for credit and consider the purchaser an an entirely new unit with a small cuff!Note: I'm still considering it! (:-{ 4Work perfect for my petite wife.The cuff that comes with my LifeSource BP machine was too big to properly wrap on my wife's arm and gave inaccurate readings. This cuff is perfectly sized for her. I did have to make an adjustment on the machine as per the enclosed instructions but once done it works splendidly. 5Same Quality Cuff You'll see in Your Doctor's Office.Bought this replacement cuff for a blood pressure monitor made by AND. I bought the monitor about 16-years ago and the old cuff was showing its age and the Velcro wasn't keeping its grip. It's necessary to have a proper fitting cuff to get an accurate reading so that makes the UA-280 well worth it. Good construction, and has a quality feel to it so I expect it to be around for at least another 16-years. 5TOO LARGE!!I ordered size medium cuff for person with arm circumference of 11 inches. If you have large upper arms -- say 17 inch circumference -- this cuff would probably be ok, unless you are short, because the metal slide bar is VERY LONG AND UNCOMFORTABLE ON SHORTER UPPER ARMS. Seems to be a cuff for LARGE people, not medium. 1I have a medium cuff but the indicator was right ...I have a medium cuff but the indicator was right on the edge between normal and should get a large cuff. I ordered this cuff but when it strapped it on, the indicator was now saying that I should order a medium. I thought the large was going to be a little larger, allowing me to be on the low end of the normal range. Instead it said I needed the meduim. Med seems small and large seems to big! 3When mulitple cuffs are needed or when the cuff coming with the original BP machine isn't large enough.For those of us that find ourselves having to take our BP many times a day, this item more than fits the bill. It's well constructive & can be used on many of the BP machines out there. Also, a cuff that fit's correctly doesn't give false high or low readings.Sometimes folks need multiple cuffs for the family. So these cuffs are well built & fill the bill while not costing an arm & a leg. I've taken my machine with this cuff to the DR's office to make sure that my setup matches the results of theirs. I've not been disappointed. 5works greatRecently we purchased the LifeSource UA-767PV One Step Auto Inflate Blood Pressure Monitor to replace our older Lifesource monitor which is about 10 years old now. The cuff which attached to the old monitor seemed to stop working. When my wife and I bought the new blood pressure monitor we discovered that the cuff from the new one fit the old one and made it work perfectly. Therefore, we decided to order this cuff from Lifesource which is the same company for the old and new monitor. To our delight the old one was now working perfectly again. Now we have one monitor put away downstairs and one upstairs in the bedroom. With rechargeable batteries, we can easily monitor our blood pressure easily any time. We're happy it worked. Fortunately we don't have to go through the hassle of trying to return the cuff. By the way the newer Lifesource UA-767 is a nice updated improvement over the old monitor. The medium size cuff seems to be just right for the majority of people.5Just what I neededI guess it's accurate? Not sure how I would know that for sure, but this fits my arm much better than the cuff that came with my monitor. Easy to switch between both cuffs as my husband needs the larger size that came with the monitor. 5Great cuff, perfect fit for UA-789I have the LifeSource UA-789 monitor that comes with the XL cuff. I lost a lot of weight recently (yay!) and now have a 16.25" upper arm. The XL cuff is too big according to the markings on the cuff.I noticed the XL cuff was taking a longer time to pump up and I was getting a lot of double-pump, retake measurements with errors. I also noticed a lot of inconsistency between measurements on the same arm and between right and left arms (the monitor is intended for the left arm only, but I take both because I'm paranoid).This new cuff snaps right in to the UA-789 with no fuss. My arm size is well within the range marked on the cuff. Immediately I noticed an improvement with the monitor. The cuff pumps up in about half the time (because it's smaller) and the readings are now super consistent both between measurements on the same arm and between right and left.Overall, I'm super happy with this cuff. It's like I got a new blood pressure monitor for a small fraction of the price.5
