Have been drinking this for yearsI won t go into the benefits of because you probably already know. I have been drinking green tea for years. It does not taste great but it has higher health benefits and less caffeine compared to a regular black tea/coffee. I have more energy and feel physically well. I have not felt that way in a long time, though the effects reduce over time (or may be you just adapt to it).I would totally recommend adding honey if you can not drink it all alone. Just boil a cup of water and dip the tea bag into it, wait for 2 mins and here you have a cup full of awesomeness.4Is this the real Lipton green tea?Not sure if this is the genuine Lipton tea. The print on the box is blurry. The tag to the tea bag often falls off. And the tea doesn t taste that much of. My question is, does Lipton really produce green tea? I see most times red tea in the supermarket.2Berry delicious- especially iced with some extra berriesI was kind if hesitant to try a Lipton green tea because they're so associated with black tea in my mind However, I've wound up drinking a cup of this tea many days out of the week. The taste is a bit mellower and lighter than some other green tea brands. The mixed berry flavor is clearly present without being overpowering.My favorite way to enjoy this one is as an iced tea. I make ice cubes that have blueberries and strawberries in them (frozen if out of season). This helps enhance the berry flavor and I've never felt the need for a sweetener. I sometimes throw a lemon slice in there too-we have a lemon tree that gives us great lemons.I drink some hot and some iced tea throughout the day. This one is firmly in my rotation as a yummy way to sneak berry benefits into my day.4Good, but not greatTo be honest, I don't love it. It tastes good for the price, especially at $.10/bag, but it tastes a little bitter and gritty to me. I've since started drinking Twinings' Green Tea with Jasmine, which is available on Amazon for around $.17/bag, and it tastes much better. I certainly will still drink through my supply of this, and I can see this being much better for iced tea, but I think the Twinings' offering is better.4Hard to find this size packaging at the local storeIt's Lipton Green Tea. It's not the 100% best tea on the market but I'm not a fancy-schmancy kind of guy who snubs good decent tea just because it wasn't picked on the summit of some unpronounceable mountain top by super-enlightened monks chanting mantras of peace and harmony.I am the kind of guy who drink cold-brewed green tea daily and doesn't want to pay high prices for said fancy tea nor stoop and drink dregs from some no-name brand that may/may not end up containing pesticides or whatever else in it. It's Lipton people, it's kind of a standard you can count on. It's decent tea. Get yourself some.I appreciate that I can buy this larger size (100ct) at Amazon because they stopped carrying it at my local grocer. Which, when looking at the vast aisles of carbonated sugar-water, makes me sad.^*NOTE*^If you've never tried cold brewed tea then give it a whirl. Take a pitcher, fill it with clean (filtered?) water, set it in the fridge to chill. After it's cold put in desired amount of tea bags (to taste, I use 2 per quart) and place back in fridge to brew for 1-2 hours. Take the bags out and enjoy your tea. Very little tannins/bitterness and all the flavor/healthy goodness!4Great Quality for Great Price! Great with mint as well.This green tea is exactly what I was looking for. I use these pouches to make cold brew. I start off by boiling water and then putting 2-3 tea bag in the pitcher for 1 gallon of water. It tastes amazing and if available I will throw in about 5-6 mint leaves. I definitely recommend these pouches if you are looking for a great quality for a very reasonable price. I will definitely b buying this pack again.5Just grossLiterally the worst tea I have ever tasted, has a weird aftertaste that no other green tea I have drank previously had.1Lipton TeaI was amazed how much Lipton Green tea changed over the years it really taste like good green tea I had purchased a bag of Lipton teabags in Taipei Taiwan and I really loved it so much I was hoping I could buy it here this is not quite as good as Taipei but it is a very good green tea one of the better ones and certainly a much better price point5This is my favorite iced sipper:My favorite thing to do with this tea is make an all day cold sipper. Basically I make a gallon with only a few tea bags. I steep the 3-4 tea bags for about 5 minutes in hot water, covered. I add it to a huge pitcher of iced water. Then I throw in a splash of cranberry juice - the pure 100% cranberry kind - it's tart!!! And then I squeeze a couple lemon wedges in. Refrigerate and drink all day long. Gives energy and tastes great! I don't typically like sweet tea, but I bet sugar would make it taste great for those who do!5Also good for KombuchaProbably the cheapest black tea you can find and the quality is good, I use most of the time for my Kombucha and the result is great, cannot complain. I really recommend this one for Kombucha, by the way I already finish 400+ bags of tea just doing Kombucha.5
