Nice to have the pocket underneath to put the things I have to carry.4Dangerous!I bought this product only 4 months ago for my mother who is elderly. After leaving the doctors office yesterday morning, the leg just snapped while she was walking. Thankfully she was not injured, she lost her balance but again, was not injured because thankfully I was right there to catch her. I was completely shocked that the leg just snapped like it did. Very dangerous!!2The handles and seat rails install easy. Mom loves it all be it still getting ...Was plesently surprised to find the unit 90% assembled out of the box. One of the handlebar assemblies broke down on the plane trip home making it unusable. I was able to contact the manufacturer with the help of my wonderful Amazon representative and found them less than helpful. I had the walker for only 2 weeks, but was told I would have to pay for a replacement screw and hand knob to fix it and additional shipping costs. In addition it will take 3 weeks before I can have the part. Too bad there is no kind of warranty from the manufacturer for this product.3My only wish about this rollator is that I should ...My only wish about this rollator is that I should have gotten it months ago for my mother. I had read a lot of reviews about rollators versus a walker with two wheels and I was concerned that a rollator would not give my mother, who has hip problems, enough control when she was walking. It has actually helped with her mobility and is so much easier to use than the other type of walker that she had to pick up with each step. It has never gotten away from her, even when using it on a slight hill outdoors. Although other people commented on it not staying closed when transporting it, it has not been an issue for us. The brakes work easily and the storage compartment under the seat holds a lot. My mom even puts a pile of laundry on the seat to move it from the laundry room to the bedroom.5It is Not Your Granny's WalkerThis mobility aide gives me stability and forces me to watch where I am walking. Other wise I simply fall and break some bone or joint. It is not embarrassing as I expected. It is also easy to get into and out of my car. I have encountered other people with Rollators and some nearly lay in it. Other people use them as wheelchairs or transport chairs. I had several training sessions in my physical therapy classes and I learned a lot about positioning, using brakes safely. and how to use the Rollator as a support to help you stand without other assistance. But after only 6 1/2 months of use the frame broke. Lucky we didn t intend to use it much longer.
