Delicious and healthy!I love this. It tastes amazing and sometimes I blend it up with skim milk for a sweet treat at night. I'm usually a chocolate person, but I think vanilla is better for making green smoothies. I throw in some spinach and strawberries with water and ice and make a breakfast smoothie. It's delicious and filling. Highly recommend.My big concern is always the consistency. It doesn't blend away totally, but it's not really gritty or grainy. I'd say better than most protein powders for sure. And the delicious taste outweighs any consistency issues. 5Tastes goodMy favorite protein powder of all time. Nice vanilla taste; I mix it with almond milk, chia, flax, and other additions for a low-carb breakfast protein drink. Great for my vegan keto diet. 5Pretty tasty to me! Tiny bit grittier than some I've had, but tastier.Blended it with fruit and Peanut Butter powder. Very tasty. I find it a little gritty, but it's not super sweet like some veggie protein powders I've had. If I have to trade off gritty to get a less sweet powder, so be it. I guess you can't always get exactly what you want. I am happy with the purchase -- and it doesn't make my blood glucose levels rise, even if I don't add fiber to the smoothie. 4Exquisite!This is "feet up" one of the best vegan protein powders I have tried to date! The texture is smooth and it mixes well with flax milk and water. It can be used for protein butters and frostings. The flavor is nice and mellow, not too sweet and enough vanilla to be enjoyable but not too much as to taste artificial. The results and overall feeling of having it in my diet is 10 out of 10 would recommend. Coming from Pescience and and Nutribiotic, this stuff just took first place! Kind of like plants. Slightly grainy, but not overpowering.. It actually curbs my hunger, which few things do (coming from a vegetarian who exercises with high metabolism, so I'm constantly hungry.) Best tasting when mixed with some type of milk. I use 1/2 *unsweetened* almond milk, and 1/2 water so that the sweeteners is not too overpowering. Also, cinnamon and nutmeg powder adds nice complementary flavor. It's thick, I tend to just drink the whole shake in one go. If thick shakes are not your thing, you may not like this but I love it. 5No artificial ingredients and good tasteThis protein powder is awesome! It tastes good without using sugar or artificial flavors. High in protein 22g per scoop and blends well. Love making post workout smoothies with this along with 1/2 banana, kite hill dairy free Greek yogurt, almond milk, and mixed berries. Some people don't like the somewhat grainy taste of plant-based protein but I love it and it works great as a dairy alternative since I'm lactose intolerant. I've seen great results in building muscle with this as well. The only issue is that this IS NOT a 30 day supply as advertised. I don't use this every day and can barely last a month. Ordering another one today and I'm gonna actually monitor and count how many serving I actually get out of it. It does have a fiber texture to it but not enough that I wouldn't recommend it. It's a great alternative to other protein sources. It most definitely helps keep you full between meals or make it a meal with some added fruit. Third month in a row buying it, it's now my go to shake. Vanilla is my favorite, the other flavors are ok, not as good as vanilla in my opinion. 5
