Boost of feel good!I put a tsp in my morning coffee and feel great all day! I definitely can tell when I forget to take it! 5well beingI'm just finishing my last Capra and according to all label information, the one I have been using is exactly the same. In fact, that is why I ordered it again. FYI: I had the one I am using since 2015, it sat in my fridge all this time, I have resumed taking it and what a difference in energy as well as overall well being. I use it for my gastric reflux, it really soothes my throat. My husband has had arthritis in his spine for over 25 years and when he uses this product, he has no pain. When he forgets for awhile, his back starts to hurt and his movements get very stiff but it doesn't take long after using this that he starts feeling better again. Several friends have used it for arthritis as well and can't get over how much it helps even though it's nutritional and not medicinal. 5
