Great Protein Powder!My nephew recommended this to my wife and me. We are incredibly impressed. I ve never used a protein powder that has mixed so well! No gross clumping sludge like every other powder I tried, and the taste is great! The directions state to mix in cold water or milk. I ve found that it mixes better in water than milk and the tasted doesn t suffer or taste watery at all. We ve only gotten the Cookies & Cream because the taste is great, but we are planning to try other flavors after finishing the second 5 lbs. container we re working through.The nutrition breakdown is solid: 155 calories, 3.5g fat, 60mg cholesterol, 65mg sodium, 6g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 25g protein. The ingredients are simple without a bunch of filler: Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavor, salt, cookie pieces, and sucralose.I would highly recommend and will continue to use.5Good flavor, protein has fillersIt has been a while since I ve had this protein. Usually I get ON, or species nutrition which I ll be sticking with from now on. Love the flavor and mix ability into yogurt or making it into sludge. I feel that s about the only thing useful for this protein. Having a normal shaker PWO, with this protein in it is a hassle. 1 scoop is 38g which is a lot for a protein powder, I do not like how there is 13g of fillers in the protein. It s nice to have agin, but will be going back to ON/Species3I Like it but my stomach doesn't...Firstly the Pros:Taste - AmazingQuality - Top notchMix ability - with a shaker it did its duty fine.Cons: I really wanted this protein to work for me but instead i had terrible stomach issues, such as ,feeling tired and upset, bowel issues and worst of all it makes you under-perform when feeling this way. ( however i gave my friend and he did not have these downsides)Recommend?I know that only certain people would be affected by the issues and not all so , if you got a tough stomach and think you can manage it , sure this is probably the best tasting whey that mixes with water and is incredible. Taste is very meh but definitely a good alternative for those on a budget or don't want to spend much on protein powder.2With Fair Life fat free milk and 2 scoops its like melted ice creamEverything about this is a 10/10. With Fair Life fat free milk and 2 scoops its like melted ice cream.Seems worth noting that going by my food scales, the scooper they give is close to 10 grams more than that recommended serving, even when leveled off. Keep that in mind if you are tracking macros closely, if you do 2 scoops like me youd end up with 2.5 servings and 75 extra calories.5It's okay...Heard about this whey protein powder for years and how cookies n cream is the best tasting protein powder ever. So I decided to finally try it and I was very unimpressed. It's not bad but saying it's the best tasting protein powder ever is grossly overrated. It's just okay tasting, not bad, just alright. I was expecting something much better but I don't think it taste bad. I just don't think it is worth the extra fats and carbs compared to other protein powders I normal take. I think 4 out of 5 stars is very accurate, it's a good tasting protein powder but not amazing or anything. The best tasting protein powder I've ever tasted was dymatize orange dreamsicle. So don't expect some amazing tasting protein powder unless the stuff you've normally been taking is awful.4Lives up to the hypeIf you're into fitness there is no doubt you've seen some fitness you tubers post about this product with their discount code (which ends up being he same price after shipping but takes longer to arrive than if you have Amazon prime).I was skeptical as I've tried countless brands of protein all claiming to have a better taste than the other, and at the end of the day they all still have the bad after taste we all try and get away from. I'm typically a cellucor guy, because I feel it has a better taste, but after trying this (cookies and cream flavor) I am officially an MTS guy. A cpl carbs more than I like in my protein but still relatively low at 6g per serving especially for how delicious it is!!!Mixing - 10 (even with milk)Taste - 9 (even with just water, not a 10 because hey, there's always room for improvement in taste)Nutritional breakdown - 8.5-9Worth the buy, it's really good.5I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROTEIN SHAKE!!I really love this protein shake!! I'm kind of hesitant in purchasing them though but pretty soon, once I'm done with my cookie & cream shake, I'll try another flavor.5No recover, only diarrheaThis product is inferior to any optimum nutrition protein I've ever tried, and I've tried most. The volume of the scoop is gigantic for only 25g of protein, I feel sore the day after my workouts as if I haven't had any protein or bcaa's, but the absolute worst part about it, is the havoc it wreaks on my digestive system. 30-60 minutes after drinking it, it comes back with a vengeance, without warning, and sends you running for the restroom. Terrible product.1
