Ladies: Did you know that we are typically coming up short in the Magnesium department? Know what that can cause? Eating trash food! I am not saying this supplement is the new diet pill, all I WILL say is that my snacking and desire for trash food has decreased significantly since I started drinking this every night. Good stuff! 5Helps a Lot.I've been taking 1tsp of this plus 1 tsp of the Natural Calm Sleep just before bed and it seems to be helping. I have a hard time falling asleep, and often get restless legs or leg cramps. This really seems to help calm me down and relieve aches and pains so I sleep better. It does not taste good, even with the flavor of the sleep formula, so I add a little honey. I drink it like a small glass of tea, I use my electric kettle so it is hot but not boiling, add some honey, and sip. It still doesn't taste good but the honey makes it much easier to drink. 5Mixes well, absorbs well, works for muscle issues and sleep.This is the best Mag/Cal supplement I've used. It dissovles easily. It makes me sleepy more than others, so I beleive it absorbs better/faster. I use it for sleep and to calm smooth muscle. I experience heart arrythmias as well as twitches in other places - around eyes, in legs. I see an improvement when I use Mag/Cal.Calm tastes good. Sometimes I put in hibiscus tea... it has a little tart tang to it, like mixing tea with lemon. Some times I use a butterknife to put some into a water bottle and just shake it up - doing so adds a light flavor to the water and it mixes well. 5Extremely Strong Laxatives for ColonscopyTake with CAUTION I purchased the wrong magnesium this is used before having a Colonoscopy or in cases of severe constipation. I was looking for Magnesium Glycinate for insomnia which is easily absorb digested. Needless to say ANY MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENT should be monitored by Doctor for safety. It s hard on kidneys to excrete Please be careful people. There s other healthy ways to deal with CONSTIPATION naturally. 1I SWEAR By This Product. I've found this formula to be very effective for me as a muscle relaxer, muscle spasm prevention, and general relaxation. As a chronic pain patient, it's prevented OIC (opioid induced constipation) during times of heavy or prolonged pain medication use.
