Like almost all multi vitamins, it has adequate folic acid, but very little B12 or any other B vitamin. There is the bare minimum of vitamin C, but that, too, is typical of almost all multis.I like that the oil used as a base is coconut oil and that it is not hydrogenated.In my opinion, this gummy has a tart taste that is "just okay," and the texture is rather hard. I prefer softer gummy vitamins as they are easier to chew. I'm not too pleased about the corn syrup this gummy contains, but at least it isn't high-fructose corn syrup.Overall, I probably won't buy this particular brand again.Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Gelatin, Beeswax (Apis Mellifera, contains <2%), Citric Acid (contains <2%), Colors (contains <2%), Purple Berry Color Concentrate (contains <2%), Black Carrot Juice Concentrate (contains <2%), Annatto (contains <2%), Fractionated Coconut Oil (contains <2%), Lactic Acid (contains <2%), Maltodextrin (contains <2%), Natural Flavors (contains <2%), Silica (contains <2%).3Great!Works for me!5
