Would never order again - separated and subpar productBox arrived with multiple ruptured creamers and leaking. Non-ruptured creamers were sticky and had flakes of dried creamer. More than half of the creamers within the box had separated. When added to coffee, there would be floating solid bits in the coffee. It would take about 30 seconds of stirring to get the solids to incorporate into the coffee. Would never purchase again.1Really great taste, no refrigeration needed, very convenient.I bought these for my personal use at the office, where I don't have a refrigerator. At home I use milk in my coffee. The Coffeemate French Vanilla has a really great taste. I'm using it with a Keurig coffeemaker at my desk, and I like the fact that I can throw away the individual pods of coffee and creamer after use, and there's no mess to clean up. I bought the box of 180 because it was cheaper per unit than the smaller packs, and I can store the box in my file cabinet.By the way, I tried the International Delight version of this, and it was awful. Maybe that's just a matter of taste, but you really should do a taste test of the Coffeemate versus the International Delight pods. What a difference in flavor! If you are buying a gift for someone else, buy Coffeemate.5Like My 5th Purchase And...I've never had a problem with the creamer capsules being old or destroyed. However, once I made an order and it didn't reach me because the product had been destroyed in transit. I think it's quite easy for UPS or USPS to sit a heavier box on top of the light box and squash the product. One capsule as is all I need to make my light or medium roast extra smooth and tasty. Great product. Five stars!5Broken Creamers and AntsI cancelled this subscription as today I brought the box in the house it was covered in ants inside and out, as there was broken creamers...I had to wash the entire contents and clean my counters, not worth the effort anymore.1Exploded/Leaking podsWe order this regularly at our office, for the sole reason that it comes in bulk and we run through this creamer quickly, so it keeps us from constantly ordering (Reason for the extra star). The last 2-3 boxes received have been a complete mess. Nearly half the creamers in the box are exploded or leaking upon arrival, which makes it difficult to sort out which creamers have a broken seal, and which do not, since the entire box is a sticky mess.I'd like to continue ordering but if we receive one more box with damaged product, we will have to order from elsewhere as half the box ends up being a loss.2Great value for price!The product came as promised. It was a bunch of creamers all put loose together and shipped. But none of them were damaged. Great price. Great product. Shopping was quick as promised. I ll pay the extra dollars and buy at my local grocery next time..2Never extend trust when food integrity is involved.Do not accept a carton of unboxed food items.There isn t anyway to know if what was dumped into the box was fresh. There isn t a date on the couplets. There WAS NOT an expiration date on the mailing box.Do not risk it. The previous order, all of the coffee -mates were in their original boxes ... SEALED AND WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE. Then they were packed in a larger shipping box which accommodated all of the smaller boxes.I was expecting the same. I thought the photo was just an illustration of the quantity not the quality.Please be careful when dealing with undocumented expiration dates.1
