Really good!It blends well for our smoothies we make in the vitamix. Has plenty of veggie protein and no flavor. It doesn't really have much flavor so can be added and used with almost anything.5Super addition to any health diet.I have been using this product for a couple months and there have been NO side effects. I have enjoyed getting protein in my diet without extra fat or dairy allergies. The protein serves as a supplement to other proteins like poultry and fish. Sometimes, I mix it with source natural pea protein for a complete chain of amino acids and I will be adding BCAA's to the plan to maintain and spur muscle recovery. Plain rice protein is great, because there is more options to choose as far as mixing it. Rice protein and pea protein; there is not a wrong or right answer. Try it for yourself.5Great in my a.m. smoothie!I use this to get protein into my a.m. smoothie. It blends well, no chalky taste and I like it. I use my Ninja blender single serving cup to mix with fruit, seeds, coconut beverage, and almond butter. Yum.5Great for the price - and Taste is pretty goodOk, let's get real ... rice proteins don't taste great ... BUT ... there are compromises if you need to avoid Whey. With that said, I have tried A LOT of products out there and wasted A LOT of money - and I am glad I stumbled across this one. I tried SunWarrior Rice Protein and thought it was really gross in comparison to this ... this is the best rice protein so far in my experience and the price point is MUCH better. The taste is typical "of rice protein" - and I gave up on all the fancy flavors (i.e., fake, nasty vanilla) and decided to go the DIY method. I use all plain protein powders (i.e., rice, hemp, pea) and then add fresh/frozen fruits - raw cacao powder and some natural sweeteners to taste - and the result is pretty good. Most importantly, I know exactly what the hell is in it ... and don't have to research weird ingredient lists ... a little extra work - but you get out - what you put in ... and it only takes 1-2 minutes really ... but after losing 130+ lbs ... I have realized that convenience is our greatest enemy.5Disgusting aftertaste/flavor ... not with other brandThis had a very bad bitter/chemical flavor with a strange itching/burning aftertaste/feel in the throat. Since I never had brown rice protein powder before I thought it might be me not being used to its particular properties but since others here mentioned issues with at least the recent shipment I decided to buy another brand and compare.Indeed the other brand with exactly the same calories and nutritional profile, brown rice protein powder and nothing but has none of the bitter/chemical flavor. I prepared them exactly the same, same water, same volume, same stirring time. The other brand is the same slightly gritty texture and not entirely neutral but perfectly palatable. So no, it is not me, something is VERY wrong with this particular batch at least I got, I've asked Amazon for return.1Make it with crushed ice and drink fast to not notice the grit...Really "gritty" and not my favorite. I must confess that it tastes better if you make it with Crushed ice and rice milk. (I can't use dairy) I did use the whole container and am glad I found it since I could not use pea protein. I found out I am able to consumer eggs so I have switched to the chocolate flavored Jay Robbs egg white protein powder that I enjoy much more.3No taste and full bellyI used this protein powder for Dr. Oz's Rapid Weight Loss Plan. I needed to drink a morning smoothie consisting of fruit, flax seed, almond milk and rice protein powder. I was afraid that it would taste unpleasant but honestly I have never tasted it in my smoothie. I will say that the smoothie kept me full and energetic for hours.5
