If you are stressed out, you need this!Love this stuff. I am a typical stressed out mama to little ones. When I take this, it's like my happy pill. I don't get agitated and grumpy. I can easily handle my kiddos without yelling and getting frustrated. This is a game changer for tired, stressed mamas. I've noticed it helps with anxiety to. Also once it's in your system for awhile, it helps a ton with sleep. Like sleeping through the night! I don't get up every hour because of the noises I think I hear or to check on the kiddos for the 4th time. Really is amazing for suppressing those stress triggers. Everyone can tell when I forget to take it or if I run out. Anyone who struggle with controlling and handling their stress needs to try this! 5Two - 30 Minutes Before BedI take two Tulsi-Holy Basil capsules 30 minutes before bed & I sleep the deep sleep. I've added this product to my sleep arsenal. It's very hard for me to settle down & sleep. I envy those that are able to do that. I take a few other products along with this. I've tested sleeping with & without this product. This helps to give me a deep sleep that I miss if I don't take it. I can even get up to go to the bathroom & then settle right back to sleep without missing a beat. I won't leave home without it. 5LOVEI sleep like a DREAM with this stuff. This plus Magnesium Citrate and I don't get up until morning. If I do get up for the restroom, I fall back asleep with no problems. LOVE IT!! 5Finally, some stress reliefI've been studying up on adaptogens like Holy Basil and their ability to help the body deal with stress. Having experienced a great deal of stress over the past year (my mother and sister both passed away and my husband and I moved across country) I needed something to help me cope with stress and anxiety without turning me into a zombie. This has been a great help. I can highly recommend this product. 5Amazing for hormonal issues!I found out the hard way that my body had too much estrogen...from being on the Pill and then on top of it... eating foods high in estrogen (Soy, Carrots, etc...) as well as drinking out of water bottles (which leach chemical estrogen into your system) and using cleaning products packaged in high PBE plastic containers. So, I was recommended to get off the estrogen in my diet, avoid those types of foods (as they caused my body to changed into a pear/or what I call "fertility body" with wider hips, larger breasts and tummy). Then, to take "Holy Basil" to lower my cortisol level and get my mood to an even level again. I also changed my Pill to a Progesterone version and am avoiding estrogen as much as possible in my day to day life.Holy Basil is amazing! If you suffer from hormones, weight gain or mood swings...or your possibly dealing with a great deal of stress or emotion... it will help you. It immediately kicks out the bad and makes you feel normal again. I take it twice a day and have had dramatically positive results in how I feel.I strongly recommend this product! 5Amazing Product with Real ResultsI have not had one feeling of anxiety since starting to take this two to three weeks ago, and before I was having frequent panic attacks and overwhelming anxiety. I love this Holy Basil. I take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. I also drink Organic India's Tulsi Holy Basil tea midday. I take 1 or 2 at night to help me sleep. Rather than making me feel drugged like when taking a sleeping pill, I just feel super calm and therefore drift off to sleep very peacefully. I have over-active adrenals and too much cortisol that makes it hard to fall asleep and wakes me up at 4am with a racing heart. I take them in conjunction with PS100 and ashwaganda, depending on how hyper I am feeling before bed. No digestion issues/burping at all even though I take them and then lay down in bed. Love that they are certified organic. 5Top quality product.Best quality Tulsi that I've purchased. It helped me fight cold. I've taken Tulsi capsules formulated by other companies but this is far superior. 5This product literally changed my life.I have always been a very anxious person and it had gotten to the point that anxiety was interfering with my ability to function at work and enjoy interpersonal relationships. I never wanted to take prescription anxiety medications and I certainly did not want to take them daily. I did some research and purchased this product. I also researched side effects of Holy Basil and all I could find is that it may lower blood sugar and thin the blood. I take it daily and I feel significantly better. The knot in my chest is gone, daily issues that would have pushed me over the edge barely rattle me and, best of all, colleagues, family members and friends have all commented on how much more laid back I seem. I am sleeping better than I have in years. I will never be without it. I like that this brand is organic. It recently has been difficult to obtain on several websites. 5
