And what it tastes like when it's old/moldy. The package I received was very obviously waaaaaay past expiration date (although it did not have an expiration date on the package). When yerba mate is packaged with some humidity, it tends to develop a mold-y flavor. Very distinctive. This package had that. I had to throw it all away -- overpriced as it was.
