Yes - gluten free :), No - dairy free :(These taste amazing. They are SO tasty, and the texture rivals the best soft baked cookies out there.Unfortunately, there are trace amounts of dairy in these. I didn't think it would be a big deal as I'm not allergic to dairy, just intolerant. But I have continuously had significant reactions to these bars. :(Highly recommend these for those looking for a delicious gluten free snack, but STAY AWAY if dairy gives you trouble. These just aren't dairy free enough.4Tasty morsels of healthy goodness!Got these for a snack to help go gluten-free, or at least lower gluten and crappy processed food. I had looked on the ingredients, and the dietary stats were not that impressive for a protein bar, but excellent for a whole food healthy snack.I opened a box, and at 1st was disappointed in the small size. Then I took a bite. Oh my, VERY tasty little thing! Unfortunately, I wanted 3 more...Pros: -Great flavor -healthy mix of trendy and actually nutritious ingredients -small size, so light on the caloriesCons: -small size and great flavor (see above) so I wanted to eat a whole box -not a meal replacement, only a snack size -chia seeds get stuck in my teeth - honestly5Excellent when fresh. But its name could refer to when you'll get them or when they go badI have had a subscribe and save order for two cases of these every month for many months now. While I chose today to discontinue that, I still love the bars when they are fresh. A case that I ordered months ago had an expiration date of this November. That was great! But both cases that were sent to me on June 28, 2016 had an expiration date of July 10, 2016. I did not notice this until I contacted the manufacturer today. The expiration date is very difficult to find. It is an indention on the bottom of the box, rather than in ink printed on the box. Before noticing this issue, we had thrown out several of the bars in the case since many or as hard as a brick and inedible. The second case went back today. This is a great tasting bar. But only when it is fresh.4PricingThis is a great product, unfortunately due to the high price we will be waiting to purchase at a store near us. The price was higher on Amazon than in any store more than $1.00 a bar. Very unfortunate, we called customer service they really didn't want to hear what we had to say about our concerns.3Product description states, 6 boxes...Product description states, 6 boxes with 5 bars in each. If my math is correct, that means I should receive 30 cranberry almond bars. What I received was a single box of the wrong flavor. I've requested my refund and will think twice about order food products again as this is the second time I had anorder that was messed up.1Favorite BarThese are by far my favorite "bar". They taste like a big, soft, oatmeal cookie (with chocolate chips and a hint of coconut). I'm normally not a big fan of coconut, but these were a lot cheaper than the peanut butter ones that I love so I gave them a try. The coconut flavor is pretty mild. There is a good amount of chocolate chips in them. When I'm craving a sweet treat or need dessert, these absolutely do the trick.5My favorite snackI'm new to a gluten free diet and was really upset when I had to make the change... But these are game changers. I got the chocolate chip ones and holy moly! They are perfect for a small breakfast or snack. Oh and they taste heavenly! These are my favorite gluten free snacks. Also, buying these in bulk on here helps my life tremendously because it's hard to find them in stores and they end up being cheaper here :) I've also tried the blueberry lemon and they were good too (fair warning they are very lemony) but the chocolate chip ones are my favorite.550 percent price increase!Great product but I purchased these at $24 for 6 boxes in Dec. and now they want almost $36!!!!!!You just lost a customer.5Good texture, and flavorsI stumbled upon these whenever bars and we have had the peanut butter (amazing), cranberry oat (my children said it tastes like candy to them it is so good), oatmeal raisin (good) and the chocolate chip coconut. I am not a huge fan of coconut, but I don't majorly dislike it either but this bar tasted too strong of artificial coconut. I know it is not artificial, but it smelled like tanning lotion :( I had forgotten it was supposed to be chocolate chip too, since the coconut was so over powering. My kids like this one too, though, so the bars still get 5 stars!5Emergency Rations for My Teen GF Celiac SonMy newly diagnosed celiac son LOVES these and we call them his "emergency rations". It's been a big adjustment in learning his gluten-free life, but these have been a life-saver for when he's going into unchartered territory in not knowing whether somewhere is gluten-free friendly (i.e. school, friends' houses, youth group, field trips, sporting events, etc.). He's 15 and can fend for himself but we were shocked how difficult it was in some places (the mall, movies, weddings, etc.--note: this was when we were explicitly avoiding restaurant land mines) to get this "always hungry" guy something that was safe to eat.I wish they had a better nutritional stats because they're basically cookies, but at least he found something that isn't gritty cardboard (that's how he describes most of his gf options that we'd tried). Could you add some protein?4
