I used these for at-home PT when bad computer posture led to my rotator cuff getting inflamedI used these for at-home PT when bad computer posture led to my rotator cuff getting inflamed. In a few days of using these (found specific stretches online) I went from not being able to lift my arm above shoulder height, to being back to normal with only minor pain that went away with continued stretching. I pull these out whenever I feel a twinge coming on and usually after just one round of stretches/exercises I'm good to go. 4Lightweight, VersatileAbsolutely love these exercise bands. I will be travelling abroad for work for a month and will not have access to a gym for my regular lifting routines. While this will not fully replace a gym, I have already tried the door anchor for various exercises and should be able to supplement my routine well with these bands (seated row, upright row, pull aparts, lat pulldowns, deadlifts, bicep curls etc.). Lots of options. I'm very excited to see what other exercises I'll be able to do with these over the next few months while travelling.Small size allows for easy portability and I can keep them in my carry-on without any unneeded added weight! 5Really excellent product!These resistance bands are excellent quality. I needed them to rehab from shoulder surgery and they are perfect with appropriate levels of resistance. The website shows many techniques and can be used for many different exercises. Allows you to take your muscles thru a full range of movement for optimum results. I intent to continue to used them in workouts possibly to replace weights as believe they will lessen the possibility of injury. 5The length is almost perfect..The bands arrived as expected, and have performed admirably. I am using them to help me heal and strengthen after a SLAP lesion repair earlier this summer. The bands have been robust, and aren't showing any signs of breakdown after a couple weeks of steady use.The length is almost perfect...I can stand on the middle of the bands, and use them for simple curls, overhead presses, or anything in between. I've also made good use of the door frame attachment. This simple piece easily slips between my door frame and the door when closed, allowing me to have an overhead orientation for the bands, further increasing their usefulness.I've also just completed a business trip with these bands, they fit incredibly easily into my suitcase without taking up any real space. It's great to be able to continue working on repairing my body while traveling for work. All around great buy! 5Love them!These bands are great! I broke my elbow a few months ago, and once I started doing some PT exercises with these bands, the healing improved exponentially. (NOTE: please don't use for PT without a medical professional's guidance- my doctor had given me specific exercises to do)The bands are great for regular exercise as well. The bands are colored based on resistance levels, but thankfully they also say on them: "light", "moderate", and "heavy", so you don't have to remember the colors. (I personally love that feature!) To be honest, I haven't worked up to the heavy one at all- I'm still on moderate. You really can get a strength workout from these!These do not come with a booklet of any sort, so you either need to buy one separately, or do some research online, or have another way to find out how to use them for good exercise. But if you're just looking for some bands, these are great. 5Great Bands!I have now worked out with these bands and they are perfect for my needs. They are long enough for me to use them attached to a door for push downs/tricep exercises. I was able to wrap them around my feet to do rowing exercises also. I could tell a distinct difference in the 3 bands (light, medium, heavy) and they are marked so you don't forget which is which. The door anchor works very well. I had ordered a pair of Bixie loops and returned them because the loop design did not allow much flexibility and did not meet my needs. I can't say enough good things about the Aylio bands and I will likely buy another pair just to have in case a band breaks. Love them! Great value! 5Straps Look and Feel GoodCan't say if they are as sturdy as they claim, but I just opened the package and like them a lot. I have a bad knee, and these straps help with the physical therapy. The one I got years ago finally broke, but it was given me by the physical therapist...not this brand. 5Great for exercise!I use these fitness bands several times a week for physical therapy exercises. They work great! They are also longer than the one I received from my therapist. I love that they vary in strength, and that a door jam is included. The only thing that was somewhat displeasing was the strong rubber smell when they were brand new. It stuck to my hands for hours. I just rinsed the bands off and the smell went away. 5Wonderful product, versatileWe haven't used the door attachment yet, but these bands are exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter walks on her toes and we needed something that she could use to to stretch her achilles tendon. These work wonderfully and she finds it fun as well. It is great that 3 different resistances are included, because they each work well for myself, my daughter, and my husband. I have found that they are also very versatile and can be used for many exercises to work many different areas of the body. They are small and easy to store so that makes them always available for exercising and stretching. 5Great Addition to Workout RoutineI like these bands a lot. I have included them in my regular weight workout. I do suggest that people wear some kind of safety glasses or other eye protection when working out with these bands. I had the 'medium' strength band break (at the door anchor), the other day (after using it, daily, for about six months). The ends of the band snapped back and struck me in the neck. No injuries, no serious pain. However, the impact was real and immediately made me aware of potential eye damage if one of the ends had struck me in the eye. 5
