This is amazing!I bought this cushion for my mom who is in hospice care at home. She was starting to have pain and breakdown of skin on her tailbone. The hospice nurse brought her a flat cushion which did nothing to help her pain. When my mom sat on this cushion she immediately had pain relief. It s been one month and no pain or breakdown of her skin. The hospice nurse asked me to send her the I for on this cushion because she was totally amazed by it and she had several patients who could benefit from this! My brother just asked me to order one for him and I did! Truly a wonderful product!5It's well made and very comfortable. I often use it just as a floor ...I purchased this to overcome the issues I had with an uncomfortable chair purchase. It's well made and very comfortable. I often use it just as a floor cushion - works great for those times you need to sit on the floor - bonus.5Big HelpAs someone who has arthritis and sciatica this has been a really big help in the comfort area. It keeps its shape and stays cool. I highly recommend this cushion!5Too small for a big guy and doesn't work for sciaticaI have low back and leg pain including sciatica and bought this cushion hoping for some relief. However, due to the design, this actually caused more pain at times. There is very little cushioning and if you don't fit into the exact mold made by the foam, it is very uncomfortable. I'm 5'9" and 220 lbs. My rear is a bit larger than what this cushion can handle. My thighs spill out from the sides and the cushion just goes flat. I even tried putting it backwards! I will be trying another. It's kind of hard to see what works without being able to try them out. If you're smaller and don't already suffer from pain, this may be good for you. But if you're anywhere above average in weight and are already in pain, I would advise looking elsewhere.1
