Moldy preservesI got my first order of Smuckers Blueberry preserves with one jar broken. I let you know and you sent me more jam. Thank you. In the batch you sent I just found one jar with mold growing on the jam. I ve got photos if you need them. The expiration date on the jar is July 25, 2020. The number below the date is 82060014100491. Its possible the 8 is a capital S.1Shattered JarsOf 6 jars, 1 was shattered when arrived, 2 had freshness seal broken. Only 3 are safe to use.1My favorite Smucker's flavor.My wife and I agree on almost everything. However, which flavor of Smucker's Preserves is the best is one area in which we firmly disagree. She is a lifelong fan of Smucker's Strawberry Preserves, 12 oz, 2 pk... and I DO like that flavor quite a bit. However, I happen to love this peach flavor even more. It has a strong flavor of peach with large chunks of fruit throughout.... although it does spread very well on toast or plain bread. It pairs very well with peanut butter or is great on a slice of toast all by itself. I also really love it on a freshly baked biscuit and could eat that as dessert any day of the week. The taste really reminds me of peach cobbler.I do see this flavor in one of the big box stores in my area, but none of the grocery stores seem to carry it so it is a little harder to find around our area. That's one reason I order it on Amazon. I also like ordering on Amazon because most of the time food arrives very fresh. Whoever packaged my preserves up did apply tape around the exterior of the jars, so the labels got ripped off several of them. No biggie really, but just fyi.5A Broken Mess (sorry no pic) packed by workers without supervision or motivationLove the product.Hate the delivery, jars spilled, broken, shards of glass everywhere-unsafe and potentially dangerous. Can't recommend a product or a company that doesn't care about it's customers. These people are broke!!!1Tasty blueberry preserves at a great price!Based on reading other reviews, I almost didn't make the purchase at first, however, 3 orders later and I am satisfied with both the quality and shipping.No broken jars in any shipment, and hopefully it continues as such.The adults and children alike enjoy these, and one of the kids loves to eat this as a substitute for jelly, so a healthier peanut butter & blueberry sandwich for school lunch, and i personally prefer it as well.All in all, the best price point I could find for blueberry preserves, for both the quantity and quality, and I am thankful.5Each jar should have been wrapped individually.I wasn't able to taste the jam as there was too much broken glass in the mess that was delivered. It sure looked like a jam I could love.2Broken jar made a mess of thingsRidiculously packaged in a single bubble bag with the jars free to bounce around. One broke (of course) and made a mess of the others. Now I m going to be making my strawberry jam at home what a waste of money 1No Saftey SealLove Smuckers, but why is there no safety seal on any of the jelly jars? One of the jar's lid slightly opened during transport & leaked some of the jelly syrup on all the other jars inside the bubble pouch -- which was not enough protection from breakage since those glass jars were clanking against each other. Lucky they didn't break, but were all sticky. Yall put safety seals on your peanut Butter but not the jelly, why?3
