Arch SaverI bought these for my Uggs and they fits so nicely without any bulk. During the cold months I wear mostly snow shoes which have no support so my feet/instep are so sore after walking short distances. What a difference after using this arch support for the past 2 weeks. Soreness, pain, blisters gone...I can feel the benefits of the arch support and it's like night and day. This is a great foot support for anyone with flat feet like myself its a Godsend. Great value for the money. 5LoveBeen wearing these since high school and love them. It is a must in all of my shoes. 5Good for planters fasciitis reliefGreat for planters fasciitis, wear 1 hour each day and add another hour the next day until you build up to a day. This way you break them in and it will help relieve pain within a couple of weeks based on my experience. 5Cured my plantar fasciitis and works great as a heel lift.I had plantar fasciitis in both feet and finally went to the podiatrist. He sold me these and within a week I could walk again. I have used them ever since with no recurrence. And recently after a knee replacement I discovered my right leg is now shorter so I only wear the one insert as a lift. 5Must have additions to your shoes!After many years of running and other sports, I struggle with plantar fasciits. I also have high arches and overpronation.These 3/4 length arch cushions fit in various shoes, sneakers and boots very easily and provide extra cushion and supportI purchased a set for each of my shoes. They last a long time, do not need trimming and do not cause any orders. 5Good ProductI like the feel of these but I have found that I need to order full length. With the 3/4 length I still need to pull the old insole and replace with the spenco to make roome for my heel, only thing is now my toes do not fit snug and the movement causes pain in my shins. Unfortunately I can not return the 3/4 since I do not have the packaging any longer. I am still going to order the full size. 3Good in-sole for a cheap priceI sell shoes for a living. I needed a new 3/4 length in-sole, and the brand we have at my store don't work for my arch type. I have a med-high arch. I enjoy wearing cute shoes that don't always have much support so I buy 3/4 length in-soles for them. These in-soles have great support and are very comfortable. Be careful wearing these at first, it does take a day or two to get use to them. I recommend wearing them at home for short periods of time before wearing them all the time. Your feet will need to get use to the new type of in-sole, mine hurt a bit the first couple of times I wore them but now I can't wear shoes without them. I love this in-sole. The only down side is, I can see them breaking down quickly and not lasting more than 5-6 months with constant use, longer if you only wear them in certain shoes. These are great insoles for such a cheap price! 4Great buyMuch better for me as opposed to the hard arch insoles 5Just what my high arches neededI purchased these for some pricey knee-high leather boots that I couldn't wear comfortably for more than a couple hours because the foot bed felt completely flat and non-supportive. I have narrow feet with high arches and even though the heel on the boot is only about 1 inch, it felt much higher because there was no support for my arches. These arch cushions fit in the shoe perfectly, they don't slide around, and they provide just the right amount of support! Thick enough to cushion my feet, but thin enough that I don't notice them in my boots at all or change the fit of the shoe. I've only had them for about a week, so I can't testify to the longevity, but so far, I am loving them! Now I can wear my boots all day long with no discomfort. Shipping was under a week. 5I've used these for years and glad to find them on AmazonI've used these for years and glad to find them on Amazon. They were recommended long ago by podiatrist and have kept my feet very happy without the expense of custom orthotics. As a teacher, I won't work without them and they fit in many types of shoes. 5
