ExcellentI have tried this product before from a different seller and this product is great from this seller too.The only thing is, I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with a scoop but if so, I still haven't found it and I'm about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way through it. I had the scoop from my previous item, but if I did not that could be an issue 4Darn good valueI've found Syntha 6 to be pretty decent. I'm not a hard core lifter, so I usually just get an inexpensive protein powder. But since the price is significantly less on Amazon than in the store, I decided to give it a try. I like the blend of different sources of protein, though some of them (such as whey concentrate) are on the lower end of the quality spectrum. It also tastes amazing. I usually mix with milk, but even with water it's got a rich, creamy taste.It's also a bit high on the calorie scale to be super good for cutting, but lower than most bulking products. Even still, overall, BSN is a respected company and this is a darn good product, especially at the Amazon price. Signed up for the recurring shipments, so the price was less than $22 (it's since gone up a few bucks). 4New Favorite ProteinI have a sensitive stomach and I've tried a lot of proteins but they all caused more issues than they were worth. This one works well, has helped put on muscle, mixes SO WELL (it's crazy, just shake and you're good to go) and it tastes pretty good as well. The first day or two I had an upset stomach but then it settled and now this works perfectly. Strongly recommend! 5I love this protein powderOk... so I'm chubby and tiny, meaning that I need protein powder that is meant for weight loss for tiny people. The calories in one scoop are only 200 calories! Me being chubby, I can honestly say that protein drinks suck. They don't taste good. This one does. I'm not getting paid for this review, I just want to help other people like me who were looking for a supplement to help their workouts. SOOO... what I do to make it more bearable, is a bought a personal blender thing. I put ice, water, bananas, peanut butter, and the chocolate protein powder. I blend it and it tastes delicious! Try it. 5My go-to!This is my all-time favorite protein powder. I've tried other flavors from both this brand and others, and the chocolate milkshake is the absolute best. It's easy to mix with my almond milk and also easy to digest. I drink it with almond milk usually, but sometimes I'll make shakes with pb2 powder and banana. 5Suspect ingredients and bad taste.I should have taken more time to do research on this product. Some of the ingredients are from countries like China. In fact I would bet they don't even know where some of the ingredients are from. Unfortunately I based my purchase off of one blog that rated it high. Not only are the ingredients suspect but it has an awful taste. Stay away from this one, there is a reason why it's so cheap! 1Tastes good BUT.Tastes good BUT... Don't fall for the near 3 lbs of powder... the scooper is twice as big as a normal protein powder. My favorite so far is the gold standard whey, so i was blown away when I got the new syntha 6 and compared side by side. The 2.91 lbs jug is the equivalent of about 1.5 lbs of gold standard protein. It is also 200 calories per scoop. 22 grams of protein per scoop. Compare this to the tiny scoop of gold standard... 120 calories and 24 grams of protein.My advice, grab a 2 lb jug of some gold standard whey instead. 2Protein powderThis product arrived and I tried to mix it with milk and it with milk and it was still coming out with chunks..not smooth.Its tastes really great...and I am waiting to see how well it works with my exercise routine. 4What Protein?I was surprised at the taste of this powder when I received it; all of the other reviews said it tasted amazing and it does - who doesn't like chocolate? A few powders I've tried really don't mask the protein flavor and this one does an excellent job of hiding the protein.Usually when you dump a couple hundred calories all at once your stomach notices, and for me it doesn't make me feel bloated or too full, it really just takes the edge off until the next meal >= two hours later.I'm only into my third week but this product is definitely helping me hit a few goals with meal replacement. Its not a complete replacement for food, nothing is, but if you need to replace a meal, with the added benefits the product suggests, I don't think you'll be disappointed, I would recommend this to a friend as well.I only use this for (1) one meal replacement per day on weekends, and a post workout recovery during the week, and it seems to be helping me avoid hunger when the tank is empty or when I don't want a whole meal at the moment. You mileage may vary, but my mileage is getting better with each passing workout. 5Very Good and FillingHello to all,If you are questioning whether or not to buy this product, don't question, just buy! The thing about this shake is that it is very filling and only 200 calories per scoop. I usually use it as a meal replacement for dinner because I have started a workout regimen and am trying to lose some weight while keeping muscle. I eat my last snack of the day at around 3-4 in the afternoon and then for dinner at around 6-7, I drink one scoop of this with 8 oz of almond milk and half a banana. It Tastes Great!! The best part about it is that I actually don't feel hungry afterwards. Unless, of course, I stay up past midnight. But then I just might have a little bit of fruit. All In All, I am very satisfied and will indeed be ordering this again. Hope This Helps! 5
