Holy canolli!!Make sure to take this before you go to bed and uhhh, be sure not to let it steep longer than it says on the package. I learned the hard way on trial #1.... I couldn't leave the porcelain thrown the entire next day. Ha-ha. See I can laugh about it now because I learned the hard way. Trial #2 was much less invasive and ....smooth. See what I did there? Moral of the story: follow directions folks! And you'll get exactly what you need from this tea. Also, it tastes pleasant with honey. Good luck! 5Just no.Dear god no. The worst cramping ever. I mean, ya it definitely clears out your system- the the hours of awful cramping gut pains is not worth that. And definitely don t try to go to the gym the next morning after u drink this. 2Works as advertised!I've taken this 5 times. First was 4 nights in a row for the "Master Cleanse", and then again last night. Works as advertised, take it at night before bed, so around 9pm for me, and I woke up with gurgling guts around 4am or 6am and smoothly go. Pairs well with a toilet bidet insert if you know what I mean. The tea does have a strong taste at first probably due to the licorice spices. Highly recommended to get the bowels moving. 5fresh start for your colon!This works! HOWEVER...take it the day BEFORE you want it to work. It might take several hours to kick in...and you dont want that to happen while you are stuck in traffic.You will need a private bathroom after using this. It does cause mild stomach cramps. ( ok, sometimes pretty harsh ones, but it does the job.) 5Use it EverydayBest tea out there that helps keep you regular. I use it daily to every other day. Doesn't make you cramp or anything. Would recommend to anyone that wants a more natural way to go. 5It works, however I got cramps during the night while it was doing its job.It definitely works. However, I got cramps during the night, which makes it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, I bought a huge amount because so many people loved this. Now I don't want to use it unless I am desperate because if a girl does not sleep, the whole house is not happy the next day. 3WORKS!This tea definitely will clean u out. The taste is a little strong for me so I add a little honey and cream. I drink it about 7 or 8 pm and sometimes have to run to the bathroom at 6am 5Yep, results!Wow, this tea works! I drank a cup the evening I received it. Results in the morning. I drank a second cup last night with results this morning as well. Now, I did have some minor cramps off and on at work today and was actually a little worried (I hate going #2 at work and don't unless it's urgent!). Let's just say right after work I had to book it to the bathroom, which I rarely go in the afternoon. I'm not quite sure I will drink this tea two days in a row. I did find it quite tasty though. 5A product to keep around!This product is amazing, I take the smooth move tea at night and by morning I am ready to go. It does not cause bad cramping and doesn't make you have to stay in for the day. It began working for me each time about 10-12 hours after taking it which was perfect in that it doesn't interrupt my sleep too much but doesn't effect your whole day. It has even caused my stomach to shrink and aided in weight loss within just days of taking it. I feel detoxed and healthy after using this product! I would suggest drinking lots of water and staying hydrated if you are using it for multiple days. 5IBS Sufferers Tread CarefullyI bought this on the recommendation of my partner who said it worked for him in the past and based on reviews here that it would provide gentle relief. I followed the preparation directions and drank the tea in the evening. I woke up early the next morning with intense stomach cramps that did not subside until everything evacuated my large intestine about 8 hours later. Unlike being genuinely ill, I still found that I had an appetite between episodes, but was pretty much down for the count all day.My suspicion--since I'm not a doctor--is that this product is just a little too strong for individuals with irritable bowel syndrome or other colon-related issues. I've considered trying the tea again but steeping it for less time and making a weaker cup, but I'm a little wary that I'll get cramps again. I tried another senna-based laxative (Senokot-S tablets) that proved to be more gentle due to the more controlled and lower dose of senna, and recommend those for anyone looking for a more careful experiment.I don't recommend this product if you have a very sensitive gut because it's a little TOO effective. If you have an otherwise normal digestive system and are just a little backed up, this should do the trick! 3
