Does the job.This is used for my 50 lbs, 6 yr old during the night, to prevent leakage. Unfortunately it has leaked through the sides on some occasion, overall, I'm satisfied with this product and it fits better then some pull-ups (which doesn't seem to fit his butt properly). I don't know if this will help, there's 2 fasteners on this diaper and I always struggled to keep the lower one from poking his thighs. I've just recently began putting the lower tab on first in an upward angle and then bringing the upper fastener down, crossing the lower fastener in a "x" pattern. It keeps the diaper tighter on the waist and prevents poking the upper thighs.4So thankful to find theseMy granddaughter (nearing adulthood) is disabled and needs to wear diapers 24 hours a day. We were having a terrible time finding an in-between sized diaper for her - she had totally outgrown the kids sizes, but the smallest adult ones were way too big. These in XS are fantastic, and we are so thankful to have found them on Amazon. They do leak sometimes, but for the most part are very absorbent, and fit her very comfortably.5<3I love the ATN diapers. They don't hold as much as other, true premium diapers but these are by far the greatest mid-brand diapers you can get. Everything from the intense crinkling music they give off to the snug, yet not suffocating fit make these diapers a brand I will always return to.The diapers themselves will swell (of course), but they are unique in the fact that they become incredibly mushy at that point, yet never do I have a problem with sap or worse exploding everywhere. They are an EXCELLENT choice for active diaper wearing, the snug fit and well-knit padding sees to that.5Do not buy thisI read the reviews. These were supposed to be the greatest diapers out there for adults with incontinence issues. My daughter is disabled so we bought these. I couldn't get her regular brand. Omg omg these are the worst. They are cut incorrectly barely covered her private parts. Don't hold more then one 1/4 cup and they smell awful after you do pee on them omg. I contacted the company to send them back. Smh I have to pay to send to send them back. Then I have to pay a restocking fee. So I get 1/2 of what I paid back what a joke. Smh buy at your own risk.1Pictures are deceiving... better off spending for quality and getting Wellness BriefsWatch the fit carefully! These are extremely tight to the size dimension. In fact, the location of the tapes means you most definitely will want to buy a size larger... maybe two. After I finally got these on (with the help of duct tape) I felt more like I was wearing a diaper thong than having any full coverage.Additionally, the tapes are pathetic at best... I barely pulled at the top and the tape ripped off from the diaper completely. As noted above, I had to find some household tape to fix the tab and adhere to the front.Also, from the pictures, I was expecting a thicker pad. Overall, I was hoping that these were going to be a cheaper alternative to Wellness Briefs, but I was disappointed. It did absorb a good amount, but I was very concerned about the odd fit and if it would leak. When I did change in the morning, I ended up having to shred it off and urine did spill out of the mat into the shower.3Not really an ALL Night diaper (for me) and quite serviceable for daytime use.These hold more than other comparable diapers. My partner, says that when I tuck the excess material etc, she likes the way they look on my tush. Which, they actually make my butt look better in jeans. (for some reason, I cannot upload photos to this review??) I am surprised by how much they will hold without leaking. The double leg gathers hug your body nicely and the SWELL up, like a water balloon. Odor is minimal, even when you take them off after hours of wearing them.I wore them under my work clothes today and it lasted all day. Plastic backed, feel great and have a little bit of crinkle. Under loose clothes, you can hear them... under fitted jeans... nothing. There is a lot of EXTRA material above the absorbent filling. Which, serves to fold over and tuck. Which, actually works well when wearing under your jeans.Not sure if these will replace my favorite daytime diaper, the Northshore Supreme Lite.I do like them and for the price... a great diaper.4Can not sing enough praises for this product!I have a 23m old boy that is outgrown size 6 Huggies overnights. Pampers did not work-caused burns for some reason since he was a newborn. So don't suggest the size 7 they have available.....He is a VERY heavy wetter and sleeps 11-12 hours a night. Restricting liquids didn't really help. We were changing him twice a night (and sometimes his clothes and bedding) when they did fit him and now that they do not have found ourselves in a dilemma.The great worldwide web has shown we are not alone. I think baby diaper companies are missing out on this. I called Huggies and their "customer care" are not very knowledgeable about their products. No information on how much on average of liquid each type hold, etc. They suggested that I try their slip on little movers. Which I might add still fit him and are fine during the day but does not stop my nighttime problem. They just offered to send me coupons....for $2 off. Thanks a lot....Called Pull ups "customer care". No knowledge on how much each of these holds either. I have bought the training pants (both night and day) which neither worked. Only to find out that they are for accidents only and do not hold as much as diapers....They also could send me $2 coupons....Sorry already have some I can not use....BUT here comes Northshore Supply with Tranquility ATN! They sent me samples of different types of products and when they didn't work I called back and they sent me more! No wasting money! I finally found this style that works nice with the booster pad in xs. They cost a little more but I was using 2-3 overnight diapers a night so I am actually saving money now and my son gets to sleep through the night without the nightly changes!5Excellent for my 95 year old bedridden motherExcellent for my 95 year old bedridden mother. The aide and I only change them on her in bed mostly twice every 24 hours (once in the morning and once in the evening) and they have never leaked. I know I really should change them once more (3 times every 24 hours) but I need an aide to help me and we can't afford the additional time. Thank goodness for this great product and A&D Ointment. The re-positionable tabs/tapes work very well.The cost is reasonable too.5Tranquility All-thru-the-Night (ATN) Diapers are the best diapers for the priceHi, For those that never tried this product, this is the Tranquility All-thru-the-night (ATN) Briefs/Diapers. They have the tabs on the side and you have to pull it around to tape the diaper close. They re also plastic backed diapers not cloth backed. Think of it as a larger version of a traditional disposable baby diaper. If you re looking for the ones that are like pull ups, Tranquility does offer one called the Tranquility Premium Overnight Pull-On Briefs/Diapers and those are put on like regular underwear. With that said, here is what I think of this product. For the price, I think this is the best disposable diaper out there. I ve been using this product for about four years now. I tried many different brands but I think overall this is still the best I ve tried. One reason is that they hold a lot of liquid. What make these diapers stand out is one: they don t feel wet after I wet them and two: they hold a lot of liquid under pressure. Even after a wetting while sitting, the diaper doesn t leak. They hold about 34 oz. of liquid (about three to four voids) and while I never went further than two wettings, I think they can still hold up past that. They have what s called the Peach Mat construction which helps in absorbency as well. They also very durable, lasting over 8 hours. The diaper itself are about mid-pack in terms of thickness. They re thicker than a Depends Maximum protection, First Quality, Presto, and Assurance brands I ve tested. The Abena Abri-Forms are thicker as well as the Attends (just somewhat). The Northshore and Confidry brands offer thicker diapers as well. As for fecal containment, this diaper does a good job of containing it. It s also I think the best at concealing the odor too. I wear the extra-large (fitting 56 64 in. waist) and I have plenty of room in them. I can also fit in the size large diapers (fitting 45 58 in. waist) too with some room to spare. They re fairly large so they can fit most. Because they re not overly thick, they re fairly easy to conceal under clothing. As long as you don t wear something too tight, no one should notice these under your clothing. They have a few drawbacks though. One, the tapes to keep the diaper in place are very sticky and once fastened, they re very difficult to move without tearing the diaper. If you mess up on fastening your diaper close, it s pretty much stuck and good luck opening it without tearing it. I had this issue a few times but for the most part I can usually avoid this. For those that just ordered or is considering ordering this product just be aware of this when fastening it close. The second drawback is that they crinkle a lot. These are some of the loudest diapers that I ever worn. If noise is an issue for you, then you should consider this before buying. If it isn t, then I think you should give it a try. For me, this is still the best diaper for me. I still want to try some other brands out there but right now I haven t found a product that surpasses this one. You usually can find a bag of Tranquility for around $15 bucks, which isn t too steep. They re durable, hold a lot of liquid, hold a lot of liquid under pressure, not too thick, fairly easy to conceal, and fit comfortably. Of course, their tapes can be an issue at times and they do crinkle a lot. More so than any brand I ve tried thus far. In the end, if you re still interested I think you should really consider trying Tranquility All-thru-the-Night (ATN) Briefs/Diapers. You will be getting a truly exceptional product.Tranquility ATN (All-through-the-Night) Fitted Briefs Size Extra-Large (XL) Pk/125Excellent diaper with great protectionThe tranquility ATN is a great diaper for every day use. With the tall leak guard and leg gathers it works well for heavy wettings. I have found I can go most of the day without a change and have multiple heavy wettings in the diaper without leaks. Bending and squatting don't seem to affect the performance of the diaper either. I rate these high because they seem to be fairly thin but yet very absorbing. They will also work longer and perform better if you use the tranquility super booster pad. These will allow you to wet a large amount and they will slowly let the moisture go into the diaper allowing it to absorb better and longer without leaking. The plastic poly backing makes for a great barrier for leaking through, much better than the cloth diapers. They will tend to crinkle some if you don't wear a tighter under garment over the top, that seems to keep them quieter a bit better. They seem to hide well because they are not as thick as some other diapers. They will bulk up some as they get full, but not enough that most people will see as long as your clothing is not to tight. These are a great value and tend to be my "go to" diaper for every day use.5
