The important of trace minerals.This is my second bottle, I was looking for a trace minerals supplement made in the USA, gluten free, cero sugar and low carb; (sugar alcohols is not the same). I ve been doing intermittent fasting 16:8 with a very low carb diet, so I know that I am not consuming the necessary minerals on a daily basic thru my two meals a day. So I purchased this product and let me tell you I am so happy I did, first the price is not bad at all compared to other products, and it taste like pineapple juice...so good, no bitter taste and it doesn t irritate my stomach, some might find it a little too sweet but I like it....but most importantly Is that I can already noticed that my body was lacking trace minerals; which btw helps with sleep. Although, I take minerals there is a difference between minerals and trace minerals. When I don't take them my nails get dry, have ridges, and get a lot of hangnails. I have been using this product for over a month and the ridges are almost gone. I mix it with a glass of water, but you could take it straight. It's a good company and I have used several of their products.5Tastes GreatI have been using this product about every other day and am not yet sure if it is "making me healthier;" however, it tastes great, like a VERY sweet tropical drink or snowball syrup (may be too sweet for some folks). I compared it to the ingredients of Dr. Berg's trace mineral's formula and they have almost all of the same trace minerals. The Tropical Oasis version has a couple of undesired ingredients and Dr. Berg's has a couple of ingredients I wish Tropical Oasis had; however, Dr. Berg's version is much more expensive, is a smaller bottle and has a metallic taste to it. Both are in plastic bottles and Dr. Berg's has a dropper. With Tropical Oasis, I just pour some of it in the cap of the bottle and down the hatch it goes for a yummy 1/2 shot of goodness.I have been on a loose keto diet for about a month and use both of these trace minerals and alternate them, combined with taking sea kelp capsules and Dr. Berg's adrenal/cortisol support.I do intermittent fasting about 2-3 times a week where I only eat 1-2 meals a day and have about 16 hours between my last meal of the day and my next meal. About an hour before my first meal, after a fast, I mix about a half cup of good quality extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, which makes me feel alert, refreshed and energized.I have been feeling so much better this past month, losing weight slowly, but surely, and my acid reflux has gotten substantially better and is almost non-existent with this combination of things. Before doing all of this, I was gaining weight like crazy, terribly fatigued and had acid reflux issues almost every night. Now in my 40's ,I am starting to feel like I have life and much more mental vitality again :-) So to those out there who feel hopeless, be encouraged!!!4Mercury, Aluminum.This item contains mercury, aluminium and other harmful substances.1Miracle for meI love this! Takes a couple weeks for you to feel the results, but wow it is great. I like the taste even with water muxed, like a mild fruity water. I ran out and felt horrible. I realised that this is what was keeping me from my arthritis hurting so bad. So I recorded my own cuz the first bottle was bought for me by a friend and she said I needed it and she was right. I will be getting this probably forever. I don't want to feel the way I used to again.5Tastes good. Questioning the labelThis product tastes really good. It is SOOOOO much better than another mineral supplement I had that tasted like strong salt and it was so hard to gag down. This tastes good. My only concern is that the word Absorption is misspelled on the label. That seems really odd to me like its not an authentic product or something.4Excellent QualityI really like these liquid minerals. As far as I can tell, they are helping me with a few skin issues I've had for a while. They also taste really good. Every morning, as soon as I get up, I drink about 16 oz. of water. After I got these minerals, I started mixing in a tablespoon or so in my water every morning. That has worked really well for me. I m buying more Tropical Oasis products5Using for Rheumatoid ArthritisI have only used this product for 1 week, but gave it 5 stars for the following reasons. I was diagnosed with RA 2 years ago and for the past 2 years have been dealing with exhaustion, insomnia, pain, inflammation throughout body, anxiety, etc. 1) I am much more energetic. Not hyper or nervous energy. Just good energy, don't feel like I need a nap every morning and afternoon. 2) I am still waking during the night but am able to go back to sleep and get some restful sleep 3) It appears that some of the visible inflammation is reducing 4) My eyes don't feel so dry, could be due to getting more sleep. 4) Tastes great which makes it more of a sure bet I will take it daily.I plan to continue to use this product and have purchased a 2nd bottle to keep at work as well as one at home. Also purchased one for my daughter who is into crossfit in hopes it will help stave off osteo and be good for her in general.5
